I love my food and I ended up eating at Thai Isaan Kitchen, 3 days in a row. I guess I was craving good Thai food and the restaurant hit my spot. It’s also the perfect spot for solo eating if you’re alone. ☀️❤️
The owner run restaurant and takeaway is small and cosy. You sit whilst facing the kitchen and bar area. The staff are all Thai with positive vibes, so I had a good laugh for the three times I ate here. ✅
Portions are pretty big and the flavours are authentic (I grew up in Bangkok so can confirm). The locals in Vienna also know about this place because it was packed every night I ate there. ⭐️
I recommend the Khao Pad Moo (fried rice with pork) which was spot on, you can also get this with other proteins if you don’t do pork.
Thank you Thai Isaan team for the very yummy Thai food!

We ordered Thai beef salad and Nam Tok Mu (pork). Nam Tok Mu was delicious as it tasted similar to what I would get in Thailand, but Thai Beef salad (Yum nua) wasn’t as authentic as I had expected. Maybe they made it milder for locals. In any case, you will not be hugely disappointed with the taste of their food as long as the kitchen is run by Thais. Their portions are generous, and the prices are really reasonable for the amount food you get.
I’d love to go back to this restaurant even alone as its ambience is less intimidating for a single person dining. That is right. I found their staff were very friendly, too. A Thai lady serving tried to talk to me in Thai language, which I thought was a great gesture. Too bad I could only communicate with her very little with my broken Thai.
We will be back !!
