Standard mcdonalds. Good food and ok service. This location has a lot of newer workers that you can expect the “first time job” attitude but love the manager whos in charge of them. Place is clean and kids love the playplace. Usually busy and have to wait but never really had a problem with this location. Just check your bag before you leave.

The fast food industry has definitely declined since the fore fathers designed their product. The only thing I requested on this day was a large hot coffee (which I told them I would greatly wait if they needed to prepare fresh coffee). The code I provided didn’t work, the coffee was lukewarm and it tasted like it had been sitting for hours. The associates were young and not in the mood to do any work. Unfortunately this can be said about many of the restaurants around Durham. We’re really just wasting money.

Mrs. K. insisted that I eat something this morning. I was apparently rather grumpy. McDonald’s was convenient as it’s just of the highway and easy. She was impressed by my order from the McDonald’s app and it was ready when I walked in. Easy!
My Egg McMuffin was assembled properly though the muffins could have used some more time in the toaster. The hash browns were actually crispy. And after 10 minutes, my coffee was cool enough to drink.
Overall, a good experience this morning.

Hands down my favorite McDonald’s, and close to home too. Great customer service, my order has never been wrong. Can’t speak on the cleanliness of the inside as I usually do drive through, but I know the kitchen has 100 cleanliness rating which is rare. I’ve rarely had a better experience at any Mcdonals I’ve been to.

I travel hundreds of miles regularly and travel through for pit stops or a little something. This bathroom stop was notable to the point where I would have given it 5 star for the bathroom alone. Clean, fresh, and the sinks aren’t abnormally close to the counter such that handwashing isn’t a chore. The only thing I’d add is paper towel option for drying.
Minus a star as I tried to purchase and they fumbled the order, not letting me scan for points and then canceling the order and trying to get another associate involved and thus his trying to step in was draining and awkward enough that I thought it best to leave (I have many more miles to go!).
Congrats to management on a great job keeping a busy location clean for a picky public bathroom customer.

“That don’t make no sense”
The response I got at the McDonald’s check out when I tried to explain 14+1 =15 and she could give me a 10 and a 5 in change.
“THAT DON’T MAKE NO SENSE.”
She and 2 others at the register refused to accept that 14+1=15, with the one continuing to exclaim.
“THAT DON’T MAKE NO SENSE” at least 6 times.
Finally, I took the 14 dollars, then asked if I could get a 5 for five ones….
I told the 3 of them they were Stupid, Stupid, Stupid.
One of them, finally brought my food and $5 and said, “Please don’t be rude to my employees”.
Seriously! Neither you or your employee is fit to to run a register and your employee is yelling at me, that I don’t make no sense.
The owners needs to check the video of Sat. Sept. 27, 2025 at 9:20ish am. and judge for themselves. I’m in the orange shirt.
Edit: To the Owner: Your stock answer is to give a customer an internet run around?
I just wanted to eat my pancakes in peace, but your nit wit employees made it the most unpleasant McDonald’s experience of my life
I threw the pancakes in the trash and left. I will never darken your door again.

Been here a couple times and each time they bagged up bigger orders for people who came in after me then came back to my order. No one was rude or anything like that just had to look at my food getting cold while other people got their food.

Never go through the drive thru at breakfast! Always order on the app and pick up inside. I promise you that you can figure it out. The line wraps around the building and you will be there forever. Especially on the weekends, it’s packed and people are coming in and out of the parking lot. It’s the place to be in Creedmoor on Saturday morning. Other than that, as for McDonald’s goes this isn’t a bad location. I’ve only been for breakfast but they run pretty efficiently. I order on the app every time, I skip the line, I run in and my order was ready. They usually forget an item or two (today it was my iced coffee). But my McGriddle was good. The ketchup containers in the dining room weren’t working so I weaved to the front of the line to get some ketchup packets from a worker. Pretty good service. And the best iced coffee I’ve gotten from a McDonald’s in a while.
