We wanted a quick dinner before a gig and this was just perfect. My Thai red curry with sticky rice was delicious and very authentic; the perfect level of spicy. It’s BYOB, so maybe come prepared, as the nearest shop didn’t have the greatest selection. It’s a casual spot, so no frills, but it’s very affordable, the food is 11/10, and the staff are lovely. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for a long time, but only just found the chance to finally leave a review. Honestly, it’s one of my go to places.
My absolute favourite dish is the pork leg stew on rice, which the staff told me is also their best selling menu and I can totally see why. I also really enjoy the crispy pork with cabbage on rice, stir-fried flat noodles (Pad See Ew), and the Tom Yum noodles with roasted pork, served with fish balls and crispy wontons. Everything is incredibly tasty, not too spicy, and so comforting. Having a bowl of hot soup on a cold day is just perfect!
The prices are very reasonable, and the portions are super generous. On top of that, the staff are friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, which makes the experience even better.
I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommended! ✨

What a great year to start eating good food. 1st time here and food was really amazing. BIG suggestion if you order the pig leg stew, ask them to separate the rice from the stew as it becomes a lot easier for you to eat it. The food looks better served like that as well. Tom yum small looks big for their size, it’s good for two people. We’ll be back for sure 5/5

Great spot for authentic Thai food in a relaxed setting. The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and perfect for sharing. The papaya salad had a nice spicy kick, and the fried pork bites were crispy and delicious. Portions are generous and great for group dining.

Clearly hands down the most authentic Thai food in Newcastle. Every dish we ordered was true blue Thai taste from the tom yum, to kway jub yo pork leg stew – absolutely 10/10. I dare say better than some I have had in Bangkok. If you need a Thai fix this is the place. Not much for ambience but the food more than makes up for it

This Thai restaurant in Newcastle serves the most delicious pork leg rice — it tastes just like home in Bangkok! I absolutely love it here. Some days they even have traditional Thai desserts, which are so good too. Such a wonderful place for authentic Thai comfort food!

The pork trotter rice here is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend anyone dining here to give it a try — it’s genuinely satisfying and enjoyable. We had massaman curry with chicken and crispy pork belly with veg and oyster sauce. We ordered a bowl of rice each and some soft drinks. We probably could have just ordered one bowl of rice as we couldn’t finish what we ordered.
The curry was creamy and packed full of flavour, the pork belly was crispy but tender and the sauce was delicious. The coconut rice was perfectly cooked and creamy.
The service was quick and extremely pleasant.
We wouldn’t hesitate to return, in face we’re excited to go back and try more of the wonderful dishes.
