Hands-down, the best Thai I’ve had in Columbus since I’ve moved here in 2003. I used to live in Westerville and eat there at least once a week but moved away a few years ago and I still love going back every time. The hospitality is perfect and the atmosphere is great. Call ahead for reservations if your party is more than two.

The food was amazing. Very Authentic Thai food cooked by a few Thai cooks. Also had Thai iced tea and that was delicious as well. Very happy in that regard.
The service was a bit of a struggle. They spent a lot of time focused on take out while the dine in people suffered. One waiter was overwhelmed on Friday night. One door so it was freezing inside with 20 people coming in and out.
Recommend for take out as the dine in experience during the winter was rough.

This has to be hands down the best Thai spot in Columbus. Tucked away in uptown Westerville, this restaurant offers a cozy ambiance with a friendly staff and homey feels.
Something to keep in mind about Thai Grille is you are better off coming outside of peak hours, as they are currently understaffed. Despite this, the service is still top notch and the food comes out relatively quick.
The food is fresh, hot, and has the perfect amount of kick to complement to dashing flavors.
Highly recommend this for a mid-afternoon lunchtime spot next time you’re in the area!

While passing through Ohio, we stumbled upon a charming Thai restaurant in the downtown area. The food, including Pad Thai, Fried Rice, Chicken Cashew Nut, Satay Chicken, and Tofu, was excellent. Despite the modest appearance of the restaurant, the quality of the food was outstanding. The chef personally served us and was truly wonderful. The restroom facilities were not impressive, but this did not detract from the overall experience. It seemed that some other customers were regulars who knew the staff and chef well, suggesting that it may be a longstanding family-owned business. If you are in the mood for delicious Thai cuisine, I highly recommend paying this restaurant a visit.

We came in for dinner last night and had one of the best Thai dinners we’ve ever had! There was one server on and he did an amazing job. Since everything is made from scratch please be patient but I assure you it’s worth the wait. We ordered summer rolls, curry puffs, a green salad, beef salad, duck curry and pad se ew noodles. There were three of us and this was the perfect amount of food to share. We had a bottle of Willamette Riesling to pair for the meal. The duck curry and the puffs were our favorite but everything was outstanding! This is a gem of Westerville, thank you again for the wonderful dinner and happy holidays!

We ordered take out on a Wednesday night. The food was ready in 20 min. We called in our order everything went smoothly.
We got the Beef basil, Crispy pork, Mango sticky rice, and Thai Buckeye wings. The wings were a little overcooked and had a little spice to it. The beef in the beef basil was very good. I would have preferred more basil as basil was in the name of the dish. The pork in the crispy pork was a little dry. The mango sticky rice was awesome! The mango was delicious, the rice was delicious and had great texture. The coconut milk was perfect. And they all mixed wonderfully.
As this is a Thai restaurant and some people may want to know, we weren’t asked about a spicy level nor did we ask for one. So all their food was little to no spice.
The food was okay. The mango stick rice was great. The portions are small, but I believe that is because their ingredients are high quality based on their menu. I would recommend that they either use smaller (compostable) packaging so the portions don’t look as small. And perhaps fill up the rice containers as that would give the most bang for the buck.

Absolutely DELICIOUS! We got the Chicken Pad Thai & the Chicken Cashew Nut. Both were exceptional.
We also got mango & sticky rice. 10/10.
