Was pretty good. Decent value for what you pay as far as portions. Drunken noodles were nice and steaming hot, but a bit more subdued in flavor than I was expecting. Orange chicken was vibrant and sweet.

Had a pretty solid beef fried rice here. It wasn’t the best, but not the worst. The crab rangoons though… so good. Atmosphere was very chill and the service was good.

A lot of Thai places have disappointed in the past, so I was hesitant to try out this one. Wish I’d visited sooner! The food was actually served HOT while the ingredients were fresh and the flavors were well balanced. Portions were also very generous and the waitress was pleasant and helpful, which helped make the overall experience 5 stars. Will definitely return.

Well, this trip was a bummer. This used to be a favorite lunch stop for Thai food. This recent visit was so disappointing that I likely won’t return anytime soon. The wait time was non existent for a mid-week lunch which was nice. The service was friendly and prompt… However, the Thais rice was slightly burnt and tasted like burned popcorn with some spice. Couldn’t pass it off to my other party guest either. They said the same thing. We also tried the Orange Chicken, but once again, it wasn’t what I remembered either. The sodas will come in a can with a cup of ice. For the 1st time ever, I walked away without eating. The staff didn’t offer to replace or refund any costs, so it was a $43 lunch we didn’t really eat, and went elsewhere for the remainder of our lunch. So, I’m bummed out on this one and can’t recommend it at this time. I try not to oeave negative reviews about places, but I am this time in hopes they’ll improve and I can return. Hope they get it right soon, again.

One of my favorite places! The staff is so friendly! The food is packed with flavor! AND they just redid the inside and it looks so cozy! This is definitely my top Thai place in NWA! One thing I would love is for them to be opened later hours and also the weekends! But I understand they are family owned and so they have family as their top priority! I respect that. Definitely give this place a try if you haven’t already!

We really enjoy going to this restaurant. The staff is super friendly and food is soo authentic and tasty. The ambience is just simple and the management maintains it so neat and clean. There was never a day when the food is delayed. They were always spot on and I love going to this place again. Their fried rice and red curry is just awesome.

All I can say is WOW! The food at Thai Ginger is phenomenal and the portions are very generous. Price point I feel is set well for the size of portions you receive. As others have mentioned before, our children love the kids menu. The pot stickers, dumplings, and egg rolls / spring rolls are house made by the owner and are very delicious! They also offer delivery through various services. If you haven’t tried out this place yet, don’t hesitate! You definitely won’t regret it!

Would not go back, worst Thai Food we have had in the area. Appetizers were sub par over cooked and hard, main course was not very good at all. Did not take any leftovers with us, paid our bill and left.

Great food and great service. First time here and won’t be the last. I came here with my 3 year-old, and she was asking for spaghetti. Our waitress recommended the kid’s Lo mein. It was a big portion and the little one loved it. I had the seafood pad thai level 3 spicy. It was super delicious, but oh my, every one of those stars count! It came out a teeny bit spicier than expected, our waitress brought me some raw bean sprouts and they did the trick to bring down the spicy level. There was only one other table when we arrived and they were about to leave. Our food came out in about 15 min and we saw at least 5 people come in to pick up their to-go orders. I do recommend this place, and will follow up this review when I come in during a busier time.

Another good but not great Thai restaurant that seems to be the norm for NWA. My main issue was with the “Summer” rolls. No Thai basil, cilantro etc to give them any flavor. The peanut sauce was very good but that was the only flavor. The curry chicken was much better and had a nice heat. Service was ok and atmosphere is par for a strip mall.
