Tried it for the first time and only came here cuz reviews said it was halal. The person working took very long to take my order and didn’t help much when I said I was new and to explain how this works.
Apart from bad service the food was pretty good and delicious. I enjoyed it and I’d definitely come back again. I love the fact that all the meat, beef and chicken are all Halal!! The owner is Muslim and I love that! He even kept his business card at the front so ppl could contact him directly!
Muslims! If you want halal Thai food experience come to this location!

I enjoy this fast food chain.
It usually does not disappoint. I ordered Pad Thai and the Tuesday special which came with an egg roll-( the egg roll was soggy, must have been sitting there all day) Both dishes had absolutely no crunch. They are supposed to have at least some veggies like Chinese broccoli in it..there wasn’t anything there, just a lump of noodles. I have ordered this dish before at other locations and have enjoyed every bite. If you are charged premium prices for fast food Thai food you really should deliver. I will not be going back.

Went to pick up food on a Saturday evening, not very busy.
Friendly service and our food was prepared in less than 10 minutes.
I had the Chicken Pad Sew and my wife had the Beed Pad Sew.
The Chicken dish tasted off and only had half portion. Unfortunately I ended up being sick throughout the night and eventually ended up in the emergency in the early hours. After spending 6 hours in emergency I was diagnosed with food poisoning. Nothing happened to my wife, which means the issue was with the Chicken. I need to add that this meal was the only food I had that day.
I reported the issue to the restaurant a day later, they were apologetic, and that was it. Not that I was expecting anything.
Needless to say I will not visit that place again!

I was excited this location on Appleby line just opened to great reviews, I was getting pretty sick of the usual offerings in my neighbourhood, so on a Friday night I placed an order on line for pick up.
The app told me to arrive in 15 minutes, but once there I found the restaurant packed with people waiting….. nice to see this location flourishing
The lady that greeted me was very friendly and apologetic explaining to me that the app didn’t take into account busy locations.
Tip…. Call the restaurant to verify timing
I waited about 20 minutes to get my food, but when I did, it was a large portion, hot and fresh…. And quite spicy with the medium heat I ordered…
The chocolate banana cake was good, just the right size to satisfy a sweet tooth!
Certainly no complaints
I didn’t deduct a star for the wait because they just opened, the place was full, and the poor staff were still working hard well after close at 9 to complete orders.
I’m sure after the initial hype of opening waiting will not be an issue
Will certainly visit this location again

The food tasty and the beefs melted in the mouth. Spiciness level is mild even the kids can enjoy the food. Beefs/Vegetable pad Thai, chicken/vegetable rice fried, red curry tofu/chicken, vegan spring roll “blended ”, and mango salad ”so fresh”. The tastes are nicely blended in.
Recommend to try all if you can.

The owners were amazing when they worked here when it first opened. Food was always fresh and delicious.
Unfortunately our last few times haven’t been great but tonight was horrendous. My chicken is not the same and even tastes old which is concerning but couldn’t even go back because they are closed and my infant was admitted to hospital this was just a special trip by my spouse to get something other than hospital food. It is also extremely spicy with chili’s scattered throughout when it was supposed to be medium. My chicken doesn’t look like breaded chicken and is dry with a foul taste.
This is by far the best Thai Express location we have been to! We have been to many locations, 3 of which have closed down, among a few others and this location is hands down the best. The food tasted so clean in comparison and did not give an upset stomach afterward. The family is so sweet and really care about what their customers think of the food and checked in to make sure everything was OK. We will definitely return and only come to this location from now on! Thank you for putting pride into your work and caring what your customers think, it’s a rarity these days.

Came for a late dinner take out and we’re amazed of the service and cleanliness of the place. Takeout order is very good and we’re surprised for the very quick service. I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken. One bite and I was done. Way too sweet, no crunch (like with the sprouts, peanuts), no taste of freshness and maybe 2 little pieces of green onions and the noodles were overcooked – and no lemon/lime. Pad Thai should have a nice balance of sweet and savory. Not this one. The portion was a lot – only plus. Sorry, first and last time.

I ordered the spring roll wraps yesterday and was absolutely disgusted to find two pieces of hair in one wrap and another hair in the other wrap. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of hygiene in food preparation. I lost my appetite immediately. This was beyond disgusting, and I will definitely not be ordering from here again.

I would give this place no stars if I could. I had ordered food on DoorDash from here but DoorDash did not send a driver and I waiting for so long so I decided to get my food myself when I got there I looked at my Khao soi and it literally just looked like dry noodles there was no broth to be seen. I asked the chef and he said this is what Khao soi is and I told I had Khao soi from varies places and it’s never this dry I asked him to remake it for me kindly as I was sick too. He told me he had to ask his manger and then told me the manger said no he can’t do it. There is no customer statistician or support at this place if you end up with dry food they won’t fix it up for you. To top it off my husband got the spicy chicken pad Thai and the chicken was raw in the inside. The food was horrible.
