Chiken combo it’s great! comes with cabbage veggies, macaroni salad, white rice, chicken teriyaki, katsu chicken, and sauces, very tasty and good price. Friendly staff, wait time can be lengthy, and the location is great, there’s always parking.

Horrible customer service. First they get the order incorrect. Looked at my receipt to see I was charged for the wrong food. What a nightmare trying to figure out how to get a refund due to them overcharging me. Food wasn’t correct after 2 attempts I walked out without what I ordered and paid for. Not going back again. After waiting 20 mins for something not correct it isn’t worth it to waste your time. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

One of the businesses that survived in a tough environment. They serve quality fast casual teriyaki bbq food and the top is chicken followed by the exerts charge short ribs.
Used Lunar New Year free family meal coupon….it actually worked! I thought there was a catch for this $47 most expensive item on the menu!!! Treated me with respect and awesome tasting. Way better than the other Hawaiian Japanese fast casual bbq (L&L Bbq).

I ordered the food two hours ago and yet I still waited 25 minutes for my food. The worker told me 5 minutes and I waited for 15 before asking again. They told me to wait 5 minutes again and I ended up waiting another 10 minutes and the worker told me to be patient. Didn’t get a single apology.
