Interesting food truck area with garden igloos over the picnic tables. The food was not bad, it could have had a little bit more flavor compared to other Thai restaurants I’ve been to, maybe provided line wedge so we could add a little lime juice? And that pertains only to the dish that I bought, the spicy fried rice with basil. Of course it was still good.

I ate at Thai Express a year or so ago. My experience was not very great. The food was pricey, but reasonable for the portions and my expectations but that was where I was disappointed. The food did not meet my expectations. I was not satisfied with the flavor and quality of my Drunken Noodles dish with tofu, the tofu was overcooked and spongy, the noodles were stuck together in globs. I told myself it was probably not their usual quality and I figured I’d try it again sometime. Today I tried it again and bought Pad Thai with chicken for my girlfriend and Beijing beef with tofu for me. I paid $31 for everything and ate it fresh and had the same experience. The tofu was exactly as last year, overcooked and spongy, and the beef was tough, dry, and grayish and tasted like rotten beef jerky. I rarely write bad reviews and i feel bad for the poor guys that run the truck, they are always nice and always busy, I hope this review helps them more than it hurts. Overall, I will not be eating there anymore because of my poor experience.

Had drunken noodles with chicken, asked to reduce sugar and chef was able to accommodate. Nice flavor for me. I do wish the Chinese broccoli wasn’t as tough but overall tasty dish.

We were staying at Super 8 and saw that they had a food court behind the Chevron gas station so we thought we’d try it out.
The moment we walked in the owner met us, super friendly! Shook our hands and we had a good conversation.
Not only that but recommended good food! we don’t know a lot about Thai food and we were really really impressed
I ordered the Mongolian beef my husband ordered the sweet and sour chicken and then we also ordered Thai fried rice with beef. We will definitely be back the food was absolutely delicious and so worth trying out every food truck and we will They serve beer and wine they have a warm tent to sit and have your meal or you can take it home. They also have an area for your dogs that they are working on that’s a big plus with us dog friendly.
Thank you so much for an amazing experience we will definitely be back soon and we will be telling everyone we know to try them out..

First time at this food truck. I’ve been to the brick and mortar place in. Corvallis several times and have been happy. Tonight, there was only one employee working who was splitting his time serving beer at the shack next door, taking Thai orders and preparing all the food. I was told there was a 20 minute wait but it took over an hour to receive my food. Our friends were in the same boat. Some of our party ordered food from other trucks and received in a timely fashion. Their food was cold by the time we got ours.
The poor guy working the truck was great. He’s working his tail off. Whoever left him there all alone, this review is for you.
When it was all said and done, the food was just ok. Mine wasn’t spicy at all and mildly flavorful. We were all pretty disappointed.

Super awesome people at this place, tonight had a very small error on maybe both our parts, and just because I was nice and didnt complain the guy behind the counter made it right, I wont mention how, but I’ll just say people are still great, and I respect this guy a ton, so thanks and you know to whom I’m talking about, the bro with the red cap, so thanks again bro, and keep up the great work, and btw the food was awesome!
