Large and recently upgraded hotel, with seating inside, in the sports bar or outside. It has a great shaded playground for youngsters.
Meals and drinks can be ordered from QR codes on the tables or at the bars or food counter.
Wine prices start from around $45 a bottle.

We have heard about this local restaurant for a while from the community and we just been last night and it was very good! Quick service and the food was as expected. There is a wide range of food with different kind of meat and lots of Thai dishes to choose from. We ordered the stuffed chicken wings (same filling of spring rolls), prawns pad Thai and a special basil beef stir fry called Pad kra prao! Definitely worth to check it out for a comfy dinner!

No frills neighbourhood Thai that packs a punch! One of the tastiest Beef Massaman curries you’ll have for under $20, tender meaty chunks and potato in rich, spicy, creamy star anise coconut-y goodness .. pics do not do it justice. The prawn som tum is a zingy flavour bomb that does not hold back, so watch out if you order a hot one! Prices are reasonable and the service is attentive, tho not a huge fan of having to ask for rice top-ups rather than having the whole bowl on the table, but that’s only a tiny gripe and doesn’t stop us chomping here all the time!

My husband and I went to Thai Esarn Restaurant since it was close to our hotel room and wanted some Thai food! We ordered the Lunch Special- Basil Stir Fry w/Beef which came with white rice $10.50 AUD and Combination Pad Kee Maw (spicy) $19.50 AUD. Both dishes was pretty good. However, the lunch special was VERY SMALL! It was more like an appetizer dish. The restaurant had plenty of seating and the service was great. No complaints there. Just wished there was more food for the amount of money $$$ we paid!

We had a takeaway and it was great. I had the basil chicken stir-fry with beans — amazing! It was also a lot cheaper than other Thai restaurants. Definitely our new local. Staff were friendly

This is a nice restaurant with a good menu, but they didn’t have some items on the menu at the time we visited. The food was slightly above average, and the service was fast. Which makes this a venue we’d want to try again.

Lively place – been planning to come here for a while.
Asked for something spicy (think I had the Pad Kra Prao) and it did not disappoint – was very tasty, and hot enough to get me sweating a bit – exactly what I was looking for.
Friendly service, and BYO, which is always a bonus in my book.
Stones throw to Bayswater Train station, and Bayswater hotel right next door, if you fancy a beer after.
Will return.

Liked the quiet ambiance and lovely atmosphere.
Enjoyed the food too. Prices are much affordable
Reserving a table beforehand is better if you are planning to go

They have nice atmospheric music which relates to the Thai culture of the restaurant. The food is nice but could be a bit more specifically for the lunch special but good price. Need to have fried rice in the lunch special. In house toilet for easy access and unique cups for water. Close to an iga for shopping and close to the train station. Today had stir fry beef peanut sauce which tasted nice but yeah could be a bit more.

Great Thai restaurant if you craving some Thai food in the area. Ordered the Pad Thai, beef salad, satay chicken skewers and crispy prawn rolls with iced milk tea for drinks with a friend and we were impressed by the unique flavours of each dish we tried and friendliness of staff who served us.
Restaurant itself has a old school look and feel which reminds you of the streets stalls around Thailand.
Overall very good option for people looking for Thai food in Bayswater and surrounding areas, prices are reasonable for the portions served and parking availability is good (during lunch time).
