I’m extremely disappointed with the items I ordered for pickup.
– Thai basil fried rice with shrimp: It was bland and lacked spice, despite my request.
– Pad Thai with shrimp: Similar to the fried rice, it was bland and lacked spice.
– Chicken satay: It was dry and lacked flavor.
– Thai ice tea: They marked it correctly but gave me fried ice cream instead, which was almost like sugar syrup and cost around $10.
I paid around $87 for the meal, but they didn’t even consider correcting the mistake. I ended up paying an additional $7 for the Thai ice tea, which was almost like sugar syrup.
I specifically told them that fried ice cream is not part of my order, and I was charged around $10. I told them it would be melted once I reach home, but they didn’t even consider those requests. See the pictures.
I will never go back to this restaurant because of their poor food quality and customer service.

Great experience at Thai Emerald! The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and really makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in. The decor is lovely – it has this cozy, yet elegant vibe, with traditional Thai accents and beautiful woodwork that creates a really warm and inviting atmosphere. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing dinner. The food is fantastic, of course, and I highly recommend the curry dishes and the chicken satay. From the attentive service to the comfortable, peaceful setting, Thai Emerald offers a truly authentic and enjoyable dining experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Tried it out for the first time last night. 3 stars at best. Panang Curry was great, good, creamy flavor. The basil fried rice was beyond bland along with the veggie fried rice. Both were lacking lots of flavor. Crab Rangoons barely had any filling inside. Placed the order at 6:30pm, was told give them 30 mins. Showed up at 7pm and food was still not ready. Ended up getting the food around 7:30pm. I get places get busy but just tell me if it’ll take long so I don’t have to show up and just sit there.

I’ve never had Thai food before but I’d thought we’d try something different for my mom’s birthday; it had been about 30 yrs since my parents had Thai lol. Overall, it was delicious & the service was fantastic! I always knew I would love curry but now that I know for sure, I want it on everything! Haha, can’t wait to return!

I have eaten here for over ten years and the food is great. Nice atmosphere inside and outside. I enjoyed my shrimp Panang and the wonderful soup Tom yum gai. Had the coconut ice cream it was delicious. Really pretty inside decor.

Have patronized this establishment for about fifteen years and never had a bad experience! Food is always “top-notch.” Only thing I find a disappointment is they discontinued serving their Tom Kha soup in the large chafing bowl during COVID and have not offered it since.

Very excellent food and a romantic ambience. I ordered the massaman curry which was nice and spicy and creamy with the veggies nice and snappy!
The mango with sticky rice was on point. Delicious.
Lastly the Thai tea wasn’t too sweat and you could even taste the contrast of the tea which worked well with the spicy dishes. I ordered hot but I imagine I could have survived Thai Hot.
My curry dish was incorrect the first time and the waiter got a little snarky about it and then kept his distance. Waiter is why I give this place 4 stars instead of 5.
Also no WiFi.

I went to Thai Emerald on a Thursday with my wife. May be that is why it was so quite and less crowded. Ambience and food was good and tasty. Service was good and fast. They have a good variety of options for vegetarians. But I found the place little costly.
