The Pad Prig Pao Noodles is my favorite. Never had an issue with it prior. Last night my order was disappointing due to the veggies being very undercooked. To the point my plastic fork couldn’t penetrate the carrots. I started to call and complain, but didn’t want the hassle. I was willing to chalk it up as an off night for the cook on shift. Especially considering this was the first time I had an issue with any order at this location.
Today I received a survey about my order and figured I would let them know, since they asked. I kid you not, about 10 minutes later the manager Andrew reached out and apologized and said the feedback was appreciated and will be shared with the staff. Then refunded my entire order. I find that level of customer service to be incredible in this day and age and I have no problem spending my money at an establishment with this level of commitment.

Forbid you order your go to on DoorDash, which is the vegetable fried rice and you add on the chicken for three dollars as you usually do because you know you’re going to receive the correct amount of portions that you should which according to Joe is 4 ounces. Anyways so you pay $30 for your delivery expecting to eat some good food as usual But when you get your order and you open up your bowl and you stir it around to find little to no chicken literally, there is only a few shreds of chicken like 4 small pieces. Keep in mind I order this on a regular basis. This is my go to order. I know what I receive. I’m not mad about the chicken. I am frustrated with the customer service. I called in to kindly inform them about the situation. The guy pulls up my order Acknowledges that I pay three dollars for chicken. I explain the situation and after my explanation, he then asked me “what would you like for me to do about this situation?” I don’t know. I don’t work there. It’s your job. I’m the customer you’re the employee you should be presenting me with a solution to the problem. You should be apologizing to me, saying I apologize that you feel as if there’s no chicken let me see what I can do for you not ask me what do I want and then I present to you what I would like out of the situation I gave you two options I said either I can have Another bowl made for me tomorrow and I can pick it up or I can be refunded the three dollars I paid for the chicken then he says OK let me go check in with my manager. I sat on hold for a good 3 minutes and he comes back to the phone and has the nerve to tell me that the manager informed him that the chicken has already been pre-measured out to be 4 ounces. This is not 4 ounces in my bowl and that’s where I got frustrated at because he began telling me that it’s 4 ounces in my bowl as if I’m lying and after he told me that he had the nerve to tell me if I wanted extra chicken, I should’ve paid more and that I should have chose the extra chicken option as if I didn’t already click on the regular chicken additional add on option that was three dollars, but I guess I should click on the extra chicken option Mind you I’ve never had to do that before because I am satisfied with the correct quantity that is in the regular add on chicken option That’s when I begin to tell him if I would’ve ordered this there and let you look through this bowl you would’ve said oh wow, there’s no chicken in there. You know, let me go ahead and fix that for you even if I would’ve had a transportation to go back down there and let you look inside Of the bowl You would see that there’s no chicken in here but because I don’t have a way to get down there, you ripped me off And your customer service is trash. Are y’all about to go out of business? Y’all can afford to give more chicken, y’all can’t afford to put a credit on the account you can’t afford to give me a reward on my account Sick… if you can take one thing out of my review, I want to be this when a customer calls in to complain on a DoorDash order train your employees not to ask the customer what they would like out of the situation if the employee knows that nothing can be given from the situation That is another thing that aggravated me you’re asking me what would I like to be done and I’m thinking in my mind that you were going to go ahead and make the correction not tell me a policy you know that that’s kind of dumb. You’re explaining to me a policy that you have after you just asked me what would I like? I would like you to make sure that the kitchen is doing their job correctly and making sure that they’re actually giving 4 ounces of chicken since that is the policy Joe so Joe let your manager know that OK!

Today was my first time visiting Thai Chili, and I was very disappointed. The customer service was really bad – the staff seemed uninterested and inattentive. As for the food, it was filled with onions and bell peppers. I ordered noodles and paid an extra $2 to add chicken, but I only got couple pieces of chicken amidst a sea of onions and green pepper chili. I expected a lot more for the price.

I was really looking forward to trying this place out. I know how excited our Laveen community gets when we get something new.
The service was wonderful and they did a great job providing service even though they were packed
I would caution that if you don’t like spicy or your spice toleration is low stay on the safe side and order mild
The Thai fried rice was a hit
Happy we added a little chicken
The spice level and flavor was perfect
I was a little disappointed with the drunken noodles
The veggies were still quite raw and the chicken was dry
I think there’s some good potential here and maybe because they were busy some quality was lost

I have order from this location 4 times now and each experience was different and only got worse.
1. Uber eat- Food was good and portions were an adequate size.
2. Uber eats pickup (In hurry…missing veggies and temp was not what was ordered (Uber eats didn’t do anything…manager act as if he forgot who I was on the next order)
3. Picked up order….better the the first time so much food lid could barely close and everything was perfect. ( I am sure it was because they were going to see my face and know I would complain directly to the forgetful manager).
4. Final time…Uber eat just to see if things had improved different day and time frame…hell NO. I still got no veggies and even after paying for extra…I got less then an order should come with with half the broth. As usual Uber can not do anything because portion sizes are a location based.
On all of these orders I order Yellow curry (1-3 with chicken and the 4 veggies only).
….Take what you may from my experiences but this location will not get anymore of my hard earned money.
Hope you fix your act or get shut down..

We’ve been so impressed with this location. From opening night to almost weekly visits, we’ve had great service and food. The only time we had a minor issue, we brought it to the attention of the manager, and we were so impressed with the immediate attention and response. Just to clarify, we had an issue with the app glitching on our order. Zach handled it in such a professional way.
The food has always been fresh and delicious. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. The lobby is always clean.
My favorites are Dumplings, Yellow Curry and Pad Thai.

Ordered online was given a time it would be e easy in 20 minutes. Actually it was more like 8 minutes. It was hot, fresh and staff was super friendly.
This location has 2 entrances and plenty of seating inside and patio seating. November was perfect for sitting outside. But this visit was to take home.
