This place embodies everything that’s wrong with eating out in the U.S. post-pandemic and is a great example of why fast casual is failing.

It’s not possible for a human to take your order bc there are only 2 kiosks at the front. I’m fine with this if it didn’t have the audacity to ask me for a tip. Why am I tipping a machine?! I did everything myself and there is no table service. If the tip is for the back of the house, then why are you not paying your staff a decent wage??

I got sticker shock when I saw the total: $18.37 for a tofu red curry with noodles!!! No upgraded meat. No side or appetizer. No drink. They upcharged me $3 for noodles instead of rice. Tofu is the cheapest protein on the market and I still paid almost $20. I compared it to the bowls at Cheesecake Factory and they have a chicken katsu bowl for only $12.95, so this place is clearly running on pure greed and delusion.

I was dining in for my meal but they brought it out in to-go packaging. A crappy paper bowl and plastic utensils for my almost $20 meal while I was eating in the restaurant. They didn’t have the decency to put it in a non-disposable bowl.

To add insult to injury, the curry had a processed, inauthentic taste with a slightly sweet profile. I’ve been to Thailand twice and never tasted anything like this.

I was the only person eating there on a Saturday afternoon and I can understand why. This is the first and last time I will ever eat here.

I did a little research and learned that this company was bought by a private equity company, so it explains the absurdity of it. Maybe it used to be good before it sold out.

Grab and go Thai spot. Ordering was easy with the picks and I like that the fountain drinks were self serve. Staff was so so friendly and lovely. Brought me my order to my table, asked if I needed anything else which was more than I expected from such a casual spot. The food unfortunately was not good. I had the vegan pad see ew and it was probably the worst most inauthentic I’ve ever had. Noodles were good, cooked well, but veggies were raw, tofu had no flavour, and the sauce was weirdly sweet and sour. I feel bad saying this since the staff was so lovely but it’s the truth. Probably wouldn’t visit again, especially given the high cost.

Everything is wonderful per the norm. Food always tastes fresh. The ladies are lovely and go above and beyond to ensure your meal and visit it great. I love the panang curry. It’s always hot out miss at other places but always amazing here..

The Tom Yum soup was good, not authentic but still flavorful and spicy.

The Drunken Noodles weren’t great. Way too many thick chunks of green pepper. Also had zucchini and fried tofu. The tofu was not edible. Felt like a waste of money.

The white rice tasted stale.

The service was cool — no complaints there — but the vibe and food were just meh. I ordered the green curry, and honestly, it was rough. It had almost no flavor at all, barely any chicken, and hardly any vegetables. No bamboo shoots either. It was probably the worst green curry I’ve ever had — definitely not authentic. It tasted like a fast-food version of Thai food. Next time I’m in town, I’ll be skipping this spot for sure.

I had one entree (yellow curry)- it did not disappoint. Food was piping hot, heat was just right to sweat a bit (Hot).
Order was accurate and as advertised.
Generous serving size for my take-out.
I look forward to trying more selections.

This order was for drunken noodles. Tell me how drunk these noodles are … Because they look pretty dry to me. If I wanted dry I would e ordered pad Thai. Super disappointed bc I had been craving Thai all day. What a waste of money.

Apparently, I asked for hot but they didn’t add any spice level what so ever. The fried rice had nothing but rice and protein. My first time here and wasn’t expecting this. May be its coz I went at the time of closing. Hope it gets better.

Thai Chili 2 Go has great food and quick turnaround, it’s one of our top lunch spots, especially for my wife who absolutely loves it. The flavors are consistently solid, and the portions are just right. That said, the main reason for the 4-star rating is the shift toward full self-service. While the convenience is nice, it takes away from the personal touch and customer service experience we used to enjoy. Still a dependable and tasty option for a casual meal.
