Went to churchs chicken today LuLu took my order & was really friendly ,food was delicious as always had the chicken tenders which I asked for them fresh to order took a few minutes but I never mind waiting a few extra minutes for fresh chicken. The service was great , was greeted as i walked in . Also the manger Maria asked how everything was. Restaurant was pretty clean . over all the atmosphere and everything from the time i walked in to the time i walked out was great. Del Rio churchs chicken never disappoints .

Was ordering the $6.00 box (2 PC chicken with 2 reg sides). Was not given the option of sides. Was told that Management has stated that only mashed potatoes and coleslaw are options for the $6.00 box, contrary to the reg side option. Associates seemed bothered that 1 i was ordering and 2 that I was asking for fries and mashed potatoes instead of coleslaw.

For being a chain chicken restaurant, it was a good experience. Customer service was good. Food was delivered fast as its premade. I wish they had some jalapeno bombers available but 3 min was no problem. Place was clean.

Went at 11 am on my lunch break and ordered 1 chicken sandwich and a 4 piece boneless wing was advised that it would take 6 minutes which I accepted and ended up waiting 20 minutes to get my food. Literally had to go inside and check on my order. Was told sorry for the wait the cook is new. Was late back to work and did not have any time to eat. There was no customers on the lobby or drive thru. I’ll have to remember not to go to Churchs if I’m in a hurry

The store was not busy, I was the only customer in drive thru and only 4 customers were inside. When reviewing my receipt later in the day for my work for travel reimbursement, I found that I was charged extra change for a round up charge to a charity – Ampler CARES. I was NEVER asked if I wanted to roundup and donate nor was I notified. While its only a small amount of change this is a very deceptive and fraudulent practice, and even a penny shown on my receipt negates my ability to be reimbursed for that meal from my employer. Returning to the store the next day, the person at the counter said they couldn’t figure out how to reimburse the amount then stated that since I already “took and ate the meal” they wouldn’t correct the issue. I didn’t want a complete refund, only the unapproved roundup donation.
Also on the day of ordering the teller wasn’t listening to me and I had to keep correcting her on my order, 3 times at the speaker and once more at the window, with my food still being when I cot it. I had to go back inside to collect missing items. After leaving and biting into my chicken, I found it was the spicy version when I specifically stated original NOT spicy.
Avoid this location!!!!
