It’s not too often I write a review while I’m at the place but the service was so bad and I spent so much time awaiting every aspect of my meal that I wanted to distract myself.
Seven minute wait before taking my order. 14 minute wait before my drink arrived. There was only one person who was the server, cashier and sushi maker. I will say that once I put my order in, the food came out quickly and was fresh and hot.
Since the test of every good Thai restaurant is how well they prepare Pad Thai, that is what I ordered. It was tasty. Well sauced. Slightly sweet. Good sized portion. Plenty of meat inside. The fried egg in it was burned so I had to eat around those land mines but otherwise, it was good.
I know you are all dying to know if this place is better than its predecessor, Baan Thai….
Well, no. Not even close. But I would possibly return, if I were in the area, if I couldn’t think of anywhere else to go AND if it were at an off peak hour when I could be certain to get better service.

We decided to try this place on a whim last night while out with friends. What an amazing experience! They brought us crab rangoon while we waited for our food, which was spectacular. There were four of us, and each couple ordered the drunken noodles, one with tofu and one with shrimp. We ordered it with medium spice and it was delicious. Each couple also had curry, one was gang panang which was really delicious, and the other couple ordered the red curry. So very good. The service was great, and the food was great. And the meals were also affordable. We will definitely be going back!

Absolutely my favorite sushi place in town. High quality EVERYTHING. Super Friendly staff and owner. The food is prepared with care and tastes amazing. I recommend the Spring rolls, garlic rice soup with chicken and the Volcano rolls. I constantly recommend this place to friends and they have all loved it as well. Great atmosphere. For a small little place tucked away in a shopping center you will be most pleasantly surprised how great it is.

Fantastic restaurant. I had the Pad thai, my wife had the Red Curry noodle dish. Outstanding!
Plus Chan recommended the Crab Rangoons as an appetizer….they were the best we’d ever had.
The service was top notch too.

This place used to be Baan Thai, and I had great meals here, however it has definitely changed and not for the better. I love Thai food and eat it frequently. I usually get a soup and a curry dish. Here I got the Tom Kha which was decent. I then got the Pineapple Curry, which didn’t smell right but tasted okay. Unfortunately, the chicken was low quality with tons of gristle that wasn’t edible. The smell of the dish made it difficult to consume so I left the majority of it. The steamed white rice which came with the curry was undercooked and contained hard pieces. Then came the check, I handed them my corporate cc, as I travel for business. They then informed me they couldn’t get their cc machine to function. They told me this AFTER my meal. I reluctantly paid with cash. After leaving, I had to stop about 5 minutes down the road unable to make it to my hotel to throw up. I believe the pineapple curry wasn’t fresh and had turned. STAY AWAY! This place is definitely not sanitary!
