Do not get the tenderloin biscuit anymore! Got it about 4 months ago and it has changed! It is extremely thin and rubbery. When I got the sandwich I knew something didn’t feel right. Got home and it seems like they are cutting a lot of corners now.

I honestly didn’t expect to like the biscuit & gravy being served in a togo package BUT, I was impressed. The last place that I went that did this, did not, so props on the decent gravy. The chicken biscuit a good size & had good flavor. The hashbrowns were fast-food tots but, I never said I didn’t like that finger food. Overall not bad. Service was good & the bathroom was clean. Happy Halloween.

I wanted to see what all the hype was about since this place is always packed so we tried lunch there. Our total for 2 people was around $23 and we only got a couple items. They also up charge when you want to substitute a side, which is usually understandable but they “up charged” to the full price. The chicken on my sandwich was flavorless and dry and the burger my friend got was over cooked. I am a big advocate for supporting local businesses but unfortunately we will not be visiting again.

I literally can’t explain? A waste of $10 and 10 minutes in the drive thru. I’ve been eating here since you guys opened and I swear either every person who has taken my order has a hearing disorder or the person making my order cannot read. I stopped asking for peppers a while back because you always put ONIONS, I stopped asking for Ketchup because somehow, you always hear or read Mustard? Regardless of how or where I order lol. I even tried on DOORDASH where I ensured it said Ketchup/Peppers and it was still wrong. What a whirlwind, i’m definitely not eating at the one in Radford anymore.

You can dine in, carryout or dine outside. This was my first visit. I was very unimpressed with the food. I had a hot dog meal. It was relatively tasteless. The dining room configuration is crowded and not very comfy or homey feeling. They also do not serve dinner. They close at 3:00 p.m. I’m sure some people will be fine with this place, but it’s not my cup of tea at all. ****UPDATE Tried this place again this week. Different time of day. Had biscuit and gravy. The biscuit was huge and fluffy, but the gravy, although plentiful, basically tasted like pepper and flour. It does not have sausage in it, which is fine, but it also has no flavor in it. Prices are reasonable. Service is pretty good. Still don’t like the layout of the place, but that’s just my opinion.

10 min in line in drive thru before get to speaker. Waited another 10 min no one took order. Drove to window after another 10 min waiting lady in window never came. Finally drove off. Didn’t care for feeling closed in on drive through you get stuck with no other way out. Wasted 30 min and no food.

Several months ago, I ordered a chicken biscuit that made me sick as a dog at work. Leading up to that, if you go through the drive-thu, they consistently give you the wrong order or get items in your order wrong.
I stopped eating here after I got sick, but I recently gave it another shot, hoping things got a bit better. Today, I put an order in at the drive-thru, and sure enough, I get down the road and my order is completely wrong and missing items.
The people who work here are super nice, and will fix things when you bring issues up to them, but it’s a constant issue that has made me not want to eat here again. The food is outstanding when everybody is on their game, but they haven’t been for a long time.
