Excellent menu choices, tasty food along with exceptional customer service. You can’t go wrong with this Tgif, once done with your meal. You can head back to Knotts to walk it off. Clean dining area, clean outside patio. Highly recommend this restaurant

This place was alright I guess. An appetizer that costs around $12 for some chips and full spinach leaves in cheese juice not cool. The adult burgers were good and looked pretty nice on the plate. The kids sliders were mostly burnt patties. Kinda sucks that we had to let them know twice we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and after we were given the bill is when we had to ask if they even did anything for birthdays. Seems like they just get people done with the Knott’s experience. I will say it’s better than Knott’s fast food but could of spent the same amount of money at Claimjumpers with better service/food (from experience). Not to be totally negative I will say Friday’s could have just had an off day.

This was the worst experience at a restaurant ever for my family and I. Wait time was 45 minutes which is standard, but we asked to sit at the bar and was told we had to have reservations, even though there was literally no one sitting at the bar. After we were seated it took 20-25 minutes to take our drink order. They brought out a dragon fruit margarita after about 35 minutes that tasted like pure syrup. The waiter exchanged it, and the BFM margarita was slightly better. After our food order the food arrived 30 minutes later. For anyone paying attention that means we already have been in the restaurant for approximately an hour and a half before being served our food order. The food wasn’t bad but the service was way below expectations and the fact that we were already spending a lot of money to be at Knott’s was just created a further pain point. When we were done with our meals it took another 30 minutes for the waiter to bring the check. When we received it, their was extra orders on the check and our season pass discount wasn’t applied even though the waiter asked if we were season pass holders. The waiter then attempted to fix the check which took another 20 mins. At this point we had spent more than 3 plus hours in a restaurant for lunch, taking away our time from being inside the park. We attempted to speak to a manager but clearly they were not at all concerned. The last straw was when the manager acted concerned, and claimed she would take care of the bill, but then stated ” it was already rang up” I work in retail this was a complete joke especially not fulfilling your word as a manager for an escalated customer service issue. I work in retail and honestly this was a piss poor example from the hospitality industry and TGIF as a whole. Several other customers also left because they were not being served at all. Customers pay a lot of hard earned money to visit Knott’s, you would think customers would be a priority. Not here.

The only reason this isn’t a one star is because the employees were so nice. Anyway, the quality of TGI Friday’s is equivalent to home town buffet. I don’t mind cheap food every now and again but shockingly my cheeseburger was $20. It was a burger that was about the level of McDonald’s. Anyway. Maybe if you’re real drunk the food will be fine. Awful food.

It’s Friday night, standing outside with my family, and the doors are locked. It was 7:47 pm when we got here, says its open until 9. We were kncoking on the glass, nobody even looked at us. There’s a good bunch of people in there. That’s terrible.

162$ for a family of 6. Now if it were really good gourmet food yes or a Mexican resturant yes. But this is mediocre at best don’t waste your money, go find real food, I mean good cooked food. Food was worth maybe 60$ at most.
