Very delayed to serve something to eat. I tried the 1 Mllion Salad, and took them 20 min. and was very poor in lettuce.
After the delay they asked me for the table because they where others waiting to get served, hahaha! Unreasonable!!!
Definitely I’ll get another option for the next time.

We entered TGI Fridays and felt welcomed at the front. Our server Kenneth was very attentive and took great care of my family and I. The drinks were amazing even better than last time. The food was good too we had no complaints. Next time we fly through we will come back.

the girl at the to go counter practically yelled at me when I slid the glass case, (that has a handle facing outward btw and no sign saying you can’t do otherwise) that SHE had to get it for me. if that’s the case maybe don’t yell at people who are just trying to get a quick bite in between long layovers and put a sign or lock the case. So disrespectful tbh. Made me not even want to eat whatever I just bought because she just startled me so bad. When I did go to eat it, i took one bite and was done. It looked and tasted like it had been in the case all day. For just this, a bottle of water, and to be yelled at: don’t go here. I spent almost $20 for that experience

Service was fast and friendly. However, my combo appetizer was barely warm once it hit my table. Their buffalo wings are tiny and dry. The potato skins were barely edible because they were crunchy and grease-logged like they were cooked twice. The table next to me got the potato skins as well and complained.
The entire restaurant was packed so I was surprised food had long enough to sit around and dry out.

Great dining experience tonight with Ashley and the staff at TGI Friday’s. We were greeted instantly by multiple people and shown to our table. Service was excellent. Great burger and fries. Ashley was friendly and efficient. Will definitely return when in terminal T at ATL.

I had such a great experience at the TGIF in the airport thanks to our waitress Wanda! Even with the usual airport rush, she was incredibly friendly, efficient, and attentive from start to finish. Drinks were refilled before we even had to ask, food came out quickly, and she checked in just the right amount without ever interrupting. It’s rare to get service this good while traveling, and she truly made the stop enjoyable. Absolutely deserves the recognition—thank you for the wonderful service!

Grabbed a grab-n-go turkey sandwich for $12 while rushing to my connection at 10:15pm on a Sunday. It was the only food option in sight that was open, and I didn’t expect much. But it was honestly a really solid turkey sandwich, way surpassed my expectations for airport food, especially this late in the day. I shouldn’t have turned down the mayo they offered, but I was rushing and didn’t even think about it. But the tomatoes helped make the sandwich less dry, and the lettuce was actually reasonably fresh – shocking to me in these circumstances. It’s a small sandwich that fits in a little box, but it was perfect for a small late dinner between flights, and given the quality, I didn’t feel ripped off like I usually do with airport food.

Our server Michelle was awesome. We had a couple questions about drink items and she made sure we understood everything. She is very personable and easy-going, easy to talk to (which is big coming from someone with pretty bad social anxiety). Thank you, Michelle!
