This experience was awful from start to finish. I placed a pickup order 30 minutes in advance and still waited over an hour. When the food was finally brought out, it was the wrong order. After going back inside, they corrected it — but gave me the food with no sauces.
I had to return again just to get sauces. They still didn’t include a proper dip for the pretzels (which were combined with my wings and already covered in sauce), and instead gave me a tiny sauce cup meant for the pot stickers. On top of that, the pot stickers were so overcooked they were hard and crunchy like chips.
To make it worse, they also gave me boneless wings instead of the fries I actually ordered. Between the extreme wait time, repeated mistakes, missing items, and poor food quality, this was completely unacceptable. I won’t be back.

I received horrible customer service and my wife got extremely sick from eating ribs at the TGI Fridays location in Stone Mountain Georgia ran by Jackmont hospitality on Sunday October 19 at approximately 9:20 pm. The food I order online came out to about $63 for two ribs. Once I arrived there where no employees available to work besides the two that appeared they were talking intimately based on how they were positioned and when i asked for assistance the young lady stated she was not on the clock but proceeded to clean the bar area after she got the manager who I assume is named Marissa. She claimed they didn’t have my order so I attempted to look for the itemized order on the final confirmation page which was visibly unavailable. The only thing the conformation page showed was my name, the order number with the amount, and time for pick up. She had a nasty attitude because I wouldn’t allow her to touch my phone with her dirty hands; so she stormed off slamming things down aggressively on the counters, pushing the swing doors to the kitchen open aggressively, and used vulgar and extremely poor language to include “ im not dealing with this shit”. Another young lady appeared from the back and I showed her the conformation email that was sent which did have the entire order. The manager marissah never came back out until I left. I remained calm and did not pose a threat during this entire interaction with several witnesses who was on shift can attest to this fact. The food did come out an hour later barely warm. Everything was soupy and swimming in sauce which looked aesthetically unpleasing. The first set of ribs where dry and look like it was played in and picked all over with empty bones. When I brought this to the young lady attention she stated that thats how they come when they “fall off the bone” and could not be replaced, but the taste and consistency of the meat was old and dry. The second order looked perfect and was actually tender but I gave this set to my wife since it looked better. The next morning she woke up in intense stomach pain and couldn’t leave the bathroom all day. Marissa blatantly and physically damaged the first set of ribs so that I would eaten the poisonous set that looked aesthetically pleasing. This is very unprofessional and this damaged, not only the brand but the restaurant as well and any every employee under her supervision needs to be retrained. She needs to be replaced so she does not further the direction of this company into the ground, the restaurant already was deserted when I arrive with no customers in sight so if you want to continue in this direction, keep her on board. To add insult to injury after I left she immediately went outside to smoke a cigarette on the clock around 9:50pm -10:20 PM if you want to check the time card if she clocked out for a break. And i have video proof.

We walked into the establishment around 3pm a gentleman asked if we dining in. We answered yes and was asked to follow him into a far off corner of the building. He placed the cutlery on the table and the menus and walked off (they weren’t even laid out properly)
The server shortly after walked up, introduced himself, nice looking gentleman, clean cut and handsome. He took our drink menu and our food order the same time. This was really impressive, He did not write it down. He remembered everything!

My family and I were praying and he realized we were in the middle of a prayer and stopped serving.
I RESPECT and appreciate him for that. The food was good. My only issue was the ribs were a little dry and the strawberry lemonade was tart. Outside of that we enjoyed our meal. Our server was amazing!

We just left and were so disappointed. We walked in, hardly any customers, and waited about 4 minutes before anyone came to seat us. Literally no staff anywhere, not even at the bar. When we were seated the table and surrounding area was not very clean. Would have left but were tired and still had to travel. The food wasn’t terrible but the burgers and wings were overcooked. My wife went to the women’s bathroom and said it was absolutely filthy. The floors, counters, no soap, and only one stall out of three was usable. She said the manager was there when she went in, fixing her hair, and just left. None of the wait staff were wearing a decent work uniform. With the exception of one girl with two big braids, everyone including the manager looked sloppy. Is this the best TGI Friday’s has to offer? We will never stop at this location again.

Horrible I walked in at 9:35 they tell me they closed and kitchen closed but the bartender that’s a men and. The kitchen manager with dreads eating and drink the bar tender was wiping the bar down but what happen to good customer service and you turn a loyal customer down it wasn’t even 10 o’clock but then yell don’t leave a bad revue that crazy I drive from down town atl to come to this. When the parking lot is empty take it has a Red Flag. There was 3 other tables when we arrived. We ordered drinks and appetizers. We were a party of 6 however we did not receive party of six service. The appetizers came out with none of the sauces. I had to wave down who I believe was a manager because the waiter stayed in the kitchen area. It was 10 minutes before he came with the sauces that went with the appetizers. He brought out my 4 year old foods first we waited an additional 10 for 2 more plates and the last 3 came out about 5 minutes after that. He only give drink refills once and that was after we asked but some how the server was paid $31 dollars. I will call corporate on Monday because the service we received was not $31 worth. They added a fee which gave the server incentive to NOT do his job. All the silver ware had water stains on them, the sauces that came with the burgers were coagulated and cold, the boneless wings were hard and dry and the sauce pour on top was also very cold. The staff was over all not friendly and seem bothered by our presence, there was no desire to create repeat customer experience.

We arrived here after 9 pm and ordered our meals to go which looked like it came out about 25 to 30 mins, but we knew there was a big party for some kids I assume and it was almost closings time, so we did not mind the wait. Our meals tasted good. If we are im the area we will stop by to try a few others meals.

Broccoli had no sauce, even by itself it was super dry. Onion rings suck, about everything tastes store bought and dry. Idk if the food just came like that or if it was old and NEEDED to be thrown out, but absolutely not. Server kept leaving like she was going to get milk bro omg plate was hotter than the food I CANNOT GO HERE AGAIN and it was slow, not many people here, yet the wait is as if they feeding 500,000 people at once. Like come on now, at least if I’m waiting make the food be good.

Poorly ran establishment as a whole. The waiter didn’t provide napkins, no saucer plates with the appetizers, no refills. As a server it’s your job to anticipate the guests needs so that the guest doesn’t have to keep asking for things every 5 minutes. The marinara for the mozzarella sticks was water, literally dripping like water. My server was rushing around but there was literally nobody in the restaurant, he should have been able to properly tend to our table. My 6 year olds chicken fingers were so tough that we could not break them apart, we asked for something different (alfredo pasta), it took an additional 30- 40 minutes for a kids plate of noodles and Alfredo sauce….in an empty restaurant. Eventually the pasta came out and the sauce was like water, I’m guessing they are desperately trying to stretch ingredients so they’re adding water to everything smh. Save yourself the frustration. I was a server before so I typically always tip really well as long as the server makes an effort. This time around I still tipped because I do have a heart but I didn’t tip as well as I normally do!
