My favorite go to spot with my co workers. Aliyah is my favorite bartender. She makes great drinks and provide outstanding customer service. Very attentive and speedy on her feet. As long as she’s there I’ll continue to go back. My food is always prepared very well and hot. Cudos to the cooks!! Manager D is always checking in on his staff and customers. Love it here. Went to Tgi Friday’s In largo tonight a Friday at 9:00 pm. Got greeted by a lady named Bianca. She was bussing a table near the front door and stopped to help us. We got a table to accommodate 5 people near the bar. She was also bartending/serving. Her personality is exactly what you’d love to experience when dining out and looking for great service. She was prompt, from the greet time to ordering and receiving drinks all the way to serving the entree and seeing us out the door, hands down best service experience ever in Largo,Md. The food was on time and hot, fresh as hell with everything cooked to perfect temps. Ribs falling off the bone – steak with garlic butter cooked perfect. Ridiculous, haven’t received this good a food and extraordinary service combo in years like 10 years probably. 5 star review for Largo Fridays, as far as our bartender/server Bianca, wish we could give 10 stars. She created such an amazing experience for our crew just passing thru the hood needing some food and drinks. Wow. We definitely left happy. We will be back!

Aliyah provided outstanding service during our visit to TGI Fridays! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. She checked in at just the right times, kept our drinks filled, and the drinks were absolutely on point. Her great attitude made the whole experience even better. I want to share this now before I forget. Do not got to the Fridays at largo at all . I just found a long piece of hair in my food. I do have the evidence and will be contacting the food service. This was deliberately put in there because it was a different type of hair. Im literally sick heading to the hospital. My mom feel sick too and she has several health conditions. I didn’t even want Fridays, but I convince myself to try it today. Now I get this. Smh.

If it ain’t Bianca, then it wont be good service. We sat for over 20 minutes without no service. Bartender went outside for 15 minutes and never made the drink. General Mgr laughed like it was joke. Well it aint when Im spending my money. Train your people!! What saved this review is Bianca. She came and made it right. Thanks Bianca Please teach your coworkers.The value of customer service.

Came in from Sacramento on a business trip and came in for a late dinner and drinks to unwind a bit after a day of meetings. Was welcomed in by Richard and the bar customer service and food was hot and fresh, drinks came quick. The bar was clean such a huge plus. Richard was very attentive and respectful need more like him.
