I visit this facility December 9. I encounter the employee Ana she refused to let me use the restroom if I did not show her a receipt that I had purchased food in the establishment. I proceeded to show her a receipt. She followed to say it wasn’t enough because it wasn’t my receipt. It was someone else’s receipt. And refused to allow me to use the restroom and eventually customers and myself left the professionalism and courtesy that Ana had was horrible. You should not treat people like that. If people need to use the restroom you should not have to need to show a receipt of purchase bad service bad service.

First time trying the food here since it’s nice having a chicken place in the neighborhood. Chicken was really good, not salty at all just quite oily. Do hope this was just a one off. Sides and biscuits were very good ! Very clean and the women behind the counter was very nice ! Definitely will give it another try !

I went on December 28 from 1:08am-1:14am for a $5 for 4 deal and a small fries because I was hungry coming from work and still on uniform the guy that looks mean at night time was picking his pants with his fingers (a

I told the cashier “My friend you can’t do that give me my money back” and still decided to wash his hands with hand sanitizer after the damage was done. I put the time and date so if company wants to see surveillance camera up to them. Put telling my family and friends never to buy from there. Still gave me my refund without denying it and ruining my appetite goodnight.

The people here are very bad. After I ordered the food, no one started to prepare it. There was only one person do cleaning in the front. After a while, two people came out from the back and started chatting. They didn’t have masks or gloves. The quality of the bag was also very poor. Less than five minutes after I left the store, the bottom of the bag cracked and all the food fell to the floor. A very bad experience

Amazing spot! super cozy and super friendly vibes! The food was spot on, was spicy just the way I like. The morning staff was top-notch especially Anna who was a total sweetheart and made sure we were comfy.

Third time I order via Uber eats I specify to get me utensils and ketchup for fries but either they can’t read or care cause always the same thing of not getting what I asked for. Common sense if you order fries you want ketchup. How I clean my hands at work if don’t have napkins.
