I am so glad that this food truck is in my life now! My goodness! We tried the philly cheese steak with green chile (The Jackalope) and the chicken parm sandwich (The Cougar). The bread was perfectly toasted, there were beautiful crispy bits on grilled onions and peppers throughout the cheesesteak and the fried chicken in the chicken parm was still crispy and really tasty. We just had them for lunch for the first time and are considering going back for dinner!

Delicious food! The fries especially were deliciously seasoned and cooked perfectly. I loved the Falcon (chicken cheese steak) with extra veggies and my husband loved his burger. We’ll be back!

We stopped by the Chefs for You food truck in Los Alamos on a Saturday. We got fish and chips and a veggie sandwich. The fish was excellent and my kid loved the fries. They were just the right amount of crispy. The sandwich was awesome according to my wife, and it was gone before I had a chance to taste it.
The staff was very nice and the food was ready quickly. The prices were very reasonable. The New Mexico themed menu was a great reminder to shop and eat local, too.
