Michelle, our server, was super sweet and helped us sort through the menu since she knew we were hesitant based on previous reviews we saw. Very happy we came here especially since we dont get out of the truck often to eat at a sit down place. Steak was cooked perfectly and even got a free blooming petal from checking in on yelp. Well worth the stop. In and out in less then an hour.

Food was sub-par at best, it’s sad to see a steak house where the chef doesnt know how to cook a mid rare rib eye… but my waiter on the other hand was excellent! Calvin was one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time. He is super attentive, extremely friendly, and just superb at doing his job which is why im leaving a 4 star review. I will definitely be be coming back to see Calvin and hopefully I can find something on the menu that’s tolerable to eat. Maybe a salad.

We have lived in Kanawha City for three years, and this is the first time we’ve eaten here. What a treat! We were seated quickly, and our waitress came soon after. We ordered the Marshall Dillon. It was a very large portion and so flavorful. We each got the asparagus and sweet potato as sides. The asparagus were crisp tender, and the sweet potatoes were very large and cooked perfectly.
During our meal, our waitress, Amy, checked on us several times. She was pleasant and seemed to enjoy her work. The manager came by to check on us, and he too was kind and gracious. It is one of the most satisfying restaurant meals we’ve had in a long time. I’m so glad we decided to try it, and I know we will be back!

Visited here because staying in a hotel nearby and it was recommended by hotel. Odd layout–no one at the hostess station when we arrived so a bit of a wait to be seated. Also a bit of a wait for salad to be brought out even though they didn’t seem overly busy at the time. Seemed to take a long time on the food–at one point our waitress said they were “just waiting on the salmon” that my dining companion had ordered.
The good news is the meals were good once they arrived. The bad news is that our waitress wasn’t very good at checking in with us (or apparently her other tables).

We stopped here after my aunt’s funeral service. There were 9 of us, and it was Father’s Day, so we expected a LONG wait. We were quoted 30 minutes, but we were seated in less than 10. The server was really wonderful–attentive, kind. And the other staff went out of their way to make our visit a good one (asking about refills, condiments, to go boxes, etc.) The food came out in a timely manner, and it tasted good. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much, but this was a really enjoyable place to eat!

It would have been well worth the drive to have went literally anywhere else! The staff here does not care and it shows. The place is not well kept.The bathrooms were nasty. After being seated it took nearly 20 minutes for our server to get our drinks and take our orders. There were only about 10-15 guests in the entire building. After we ordered it took about another 40 minutes to get our food. there were four of us and we didnt order anything complicated. The food was barely edible at best.

We were promptly seated and Melissa, our waitress, brought our drinks right away. The rolls were amazing. We shared an iron skillet entree. The steak was tender and delicious. The restaurant could use a little sprucing up, but the food and service was great. Melissa was courteous and a great server. Thank you.

I would like to update a previous review. Tiffany the manager tracked me down some how after I gave them a poor review and offered to make it right my next time through town. My first trip was right after a tough surgery and this trip was for the follow up.
This time instead of getting my order to go I decided to eat in the restaurant. They staff treated me Fantastic. My food quality was absolutely perfect this time. I don’t always give places second chances but I’m glad that I did this time. They were gracious and apologetic and truly wanted mr. To leave with, pardon the pun, a good taste in my mouth. My next trip through to Cleveland clinic I will have family with me and will absolutely make this one of our stops.

The kids and I stopped in late on our way back home to Georgia. They were patient with us and gave great service from the hostess to the food runner. Our server was one of the best we have had. Very nice atmosphere. Perfect score! Thanks so much for taking good care of us as a late table. Oh! And the ranch is the BEST!!

Mac and cheese was gross. Ordered a Kids meal Mac and cheese and got what looked like a side order. Kids mashed potatoes was a baked potato mashed up. Rolls were very small and we didn’t get them for 20 minutes after being seated. Waited for over 45 minutes for our food even though they weren’t busy at all. 1 of our steaks was chewy and my wife’s side salad had more carrots than salad. And last of all the hosted wasn’t nice and clearly didn’t want to be there. Only good thing about the experience was the waitress was nice. Got there at 6:10 pm on 12/31/2019
