Busy, but I was able to get a table for 5 surprisingly quickly. Waitress had a number of large parties to take care of but was quick, courteous, smiling, and helpful. Even got us to go orders for dessert ready and boxed in record time!

Texas Roadhouse is usually a consistent eatery with great steaks, ribs, and other dishes. We had steak, ribs and a couple drinks as well as macaroni and cheese for my son. I’ll start with the macaroni and cheese. It literally tastes like it came out of a box which isn’t bad when you’re expecting boxed macaroni and cheese but we expected restaurant quality or mac and cheese. I had a porterhouse steak and it was cooked to perfection and was very tasty with mushrooms added on top. I also ordered Caesar salad which I ended up finding a balled up piece of hair in it so I returned the salad. I know a hair can fall out and it can happen but I thought they used hair nets in the kitchen but I might be mistaken. I’d go back there again.

Had a very good time here. The food was delicious as always. Broadway and Wilmot location. Our server named “George” was awesome! Respectful, polite, and attentive of our needs. Not a single complaint. I’m definitely coming back!

I’m going to leave my old review, but today my rating drops to a ONE. I called this morning as their website doesn’t show their early special, and I didn’t want to go if it wasn’t offered. I was told if I was there before 3 they had it, I asked one price to pick from, yes. I get there and the time and it being today was wrong. Server got manager, i explained and showed I’d called, flatly said noope she’d not honor it. I got up and left. I picked this place as I had a bit extra to replay their kindness. I took my money elsewhere…

The restaurant was busy for being a weekday, but unlike it’s competitors, the staffing was adequate. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and the staff and manager came by to check on us. The food selection was great as always. Quite a few birthdays that night, and the staff did quite a bit of celebrating each one.

I work in a kitchen. Not this one, obviously. It was busy, and I understand busy. Our drinks came out immediately ( water and one soda), our server took our appetizer menu item order almost immediately. She came back after almost 30 minutes to take our actual order. We still didn’t have our appetizer. We ordered. About 15 or 20 minutes later, she came back to the table and asked us if we had ordered an appetizer and asked if we ever got it. No, we didn’t. About 3 minutes after that, she bought it to us apologizing. And about 20 minutes after that we got our food. If you’re hungry now, go to McDs. All total I think our dinner venture took almost 1h30m. I think a whopper would have been more satisfying at that point.

My girlfriend and I dinned in and were greeted very nicely, sat pretty quick, not much of a wait, but the reason I wanted to sit down and leave this review was because of our waitress Karen. I told her that it was my girlfriend’s birthday, we are both a little sensory overloaded with sound so we didn’t want the staff to come sing to us and she understood perfectly and gave us a birthday cake with our meal and told us happy birthday !:) Thank you once again !!!!

Food was good. Atmosphere okay, very loud. Early afternoon. We were seated near the bar and the bartender was our server. Food came quick and was good. I feel like they could’ve tossed a few more fries on the plate for the price. From the time the food got dropped off we never saw our server again. He was chatting with some other customers for like 15 minutes while we were trying to get his attention. I would understand if he was busy but he wasn’t. We had to ask a different server passing by to get us boxes for our leftovers 10 minutes after we paid. If we go back we will request any server other than the bartender.

Tonight we had a major thunderstorm here in Tucson and we had just been served our salads when the power went out. All the staff just kept on working with phone lights and kept everyone filled up on drinks. The kitchen staff actually kept on cooking with small lights and the staff kept on serving. So about 15 minutes later, the Manager told everyone they could not start cooking any more meals however we were more than welcome to stay and ride out the storm. The managers then went from table to table and explained if we did get served we could stay and eat and then could leave when we were ready. I want to thank all the staff for just keeping calm and not missing a beat. When we did finish our meal they walked us out and had staff holding he doors and they were telling everyone leaving…. thank you for their patience and to drive safely home. Btw, the food was great…hot and served perfect. Bravo Kitchen Warriors! What a GREAT JOB!!!!! My family will always look back on this night as an great adventure. Thank You EVERY single employee for just being professional and just “Handling It!!!!”…..

This place was an absolute nightmare. Called ahead to put our party on the list, they said it would be about 15 minutes. Turns out to be more like 50 minutes. Once they finally seated us in the back room we were crammed into this ridiculous improvised table that put us right in the isle blocking the emergency exit and just in line to be bumped by every passing patron and employee. The food is usually ok but not this time. The snakebites were more like soggy oil cheese balls. The country fried chicken was covered in a super salty gravy that was fit for nobody!!! The waitress never refilled drinks and only stopped in twice throughout the whole visit. Would not recommend this place at all.
