Worst service…Pic #1 is the order and picture 2 and 3 is what I got. For $15 this bowl should simply just look better. I had 4 pieces of lettuce , no queso in my bowl at all, the sour cream was very thick and clumped together. The app says chips are not available but when you get there they are, but you cannot use your points for them b/c there scanner won’t take it . Called the store once I had seen this but you know what happened NO ANSWER… I will NOT BE GOING BACK

I ordered for pickup at 11:30 am only to arrive to locked doors with multiple customers waiting outside. We all had to wait in 100-degree July weather for 25 minutes until finally, they opened up the restaurant for everyone to come inside. I overheard a DoorDasher say that this happens “every day” yet there is absolutely no sign or communication from staff on why the store was closed or how/when people could pick up their food. If I had not already paid for my online order I would have left – really sucked and was unsafe to make people wait outside in 100-degree weather. I was finally able to pick up my order 30 minutes after my scheduled time and it was ice cold. Negative 10000 stars. Eat literally anywhere else.

Quite an exquisite experience. The two good chaps who attempted to recreate my childhood dream of having a combination of a rice bowl and soup. Outstanding customer service. We saved quite a bit of many too. A lot better than my @subway sandwich

Service is terrible and the restaurant is not too clean.. walked there from a neighboring hotel in 102 degree weather only to be told we can’t sell you more food than the little they gave me.. Saying they were about to close when it was 7:45 and the door says close at 9.. I asked to purchase extra because the serving was so small and was told by the skinny black girl that they weren’t making any more food so they had to ration what they had and couldn’t sell extra.. Didn’t make any sense at all.. proceeded to checkout anyway and they asked “if I needed anything else” and def response was “apparently you guys cant give more”. No response given then the heavy set Spanish girl slides my bag to me after I seen her fold and hand customers in front of me there bags.. smh, would not recommend to anyone, just wasn’t a pleasant experience.. Need better workers!!!

This location is pretty abysmal. If it wasn’t for being in Clayton, I doubt they would have anyone coming back. I ordered online for pickup around 11-12 like I normally do and got to the store to find their doors locked, a crowd of 20ish people standing outside in 100+ degree heat, and absolutely no acknowledgement from the staff that was inside. I get it if they are backed up, but this has happened multiple times with this location so clearly something is off. Why Chipotle allows this to continue is beyond me. When I finally got my food, it was lukewarm at best and pretty small for a normal portion. Trust me, take the extra 10 minutes and drive to Hanley or literally any other location. This one isn’t it.

This location has to be the absolute worst in STL. If I could give 0 stars I would. About 2-3 times, I’ve been inconvenienced with having to order online because their “system is down” – no biggie. But the workers show no professionalism or empathy being that this is an instance that happens very often. Although my love for Chipotle will never change, but please Chipotle invest in better staffing and more reliable working equipment. Not to mention, when you order online there is no guarantee that it will go through. A bunch of games, I nor other loyal customers have time for. At one point they even locked their doors MID LUNCH because they were too busy.

Typically, Chipotle offers value and quality fresh food. Mother’s Day was a mess with staff member screaming out to the 5 or 6 customers waiting that their staff was limited, so deal with it or come back another time. Also can’t take any orders, so we are only accepting online orders. The place was not clean, the soda machine was broken and trash cans were full. I think the staff was overwhelmed and I would question management enjoying the weekend holiday and not ensuring this location was staffed correctly.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Had to order online, along with everybody else in the store. Normally that would be fine. But the workers here were very rude and impatient. They skimped on our food too. This is the rudest chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Love chipotle, hate this location. Coughed right on the food too. And they forgot the guac. Terrible

I ordered delivery from this location, and it was the worst Chipotle order of all my days. On top of forgetting half the ingredients in the bowl (and tumbling it? Seriously, look at the picture), the guacamole was also literally just crushed avocado with skin mashed in. See the other picture, it’s a large chunk of (inedible) skin.
