Texas Roadhouse never disappoints. The steaks and rolls are easily some of the best in town. Weekend dinner hours can get pretty busy, so service isn’t lightning fast, but the great atmosphere makes up for it. The vibe is lively, and the servers are friendly and attentive despite the crowd. My personal favorite is the strip steak which is perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. Honestly, everything we ordered was awesome. Definitely a spot I’d keep coming back to.

I asked for well-done and they burned the steak. The music was too loud, and the server took too long bringing everything. We had to wait a long time for the order to be taken, refills, and the steak. The manager couldn’t care less. He took the medium-well steak back to have it well done, and it came back in less than 5 minutes. Sent it back again and came back burned. We requested sour cream, and it took about 10 minutes to arrive at the table. The food was cold by then. I will not be coming back anytime soon.

Our waitress was awesome! Attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was really good! The ribs were so tender! Grilled shrimp appetizer was really good too. Everything was good! Best peach tea, and those rolls!!! Mmmm! Restrooms were clean and stocked.

The food you see in the image, appetizer, salad, and main course, arrived at the same time. Everything, except the macaroni and cheese was delicious. The Mac-and-cheese sat in a soupy something that didn’t even hint of cheese. However, I dine here for the beef and the beef was a success.

Usually this restaurant is decent, decent wait decent staff and decent food. This time around was horrid. Not only did we wait over an hour, almost an hour and a half, for our food, there was hair on our food and the RARE steak was not cooked correctly, and the staff never came back to check it. Patrick specifically did not come back with any of our requests other than for bread, and even when he did it was almost an hour into waiting that we received it, he consistently checked on other tables and when confronted said it was due to the “birthdays” mind you he did not sing, he did not dance, he was not apart of the “birthdays” whatsoever. Thr SIMPLE grilled cheese I ordered took an hour to get remade, and none of us ate together due to the food issues. The manager Antoinette did not appear to do pretty much anything other than apologize, they comped the grilled cheese only. 84$ spent on horrid service just for a 7$ grilled cheese to be comped, I believe it should have been the steak AND the grilled cheese along with the other untouched meal that was cold. I’m incredibly disappointed with the service tonight and hope for better next time.

Have to start with the only Negative. Wife ordered her steak medium but came out well done.
Now the positive. Staff was wonderful, always on top of things yet able to disappear. Manager was on top of her game, by putting 1 dedicated server on a big table but have others cone in and help for everyone not in the group.
I was hungry so I ate appetizers before I took the photo.

Okkkkk it was my honeys birthday… we drove an hour… and the rolls were cold, the butter didn’t taste right. Our steaks were cooked right on the inside but burnt on the outside. Ordered the Bloomin Onion as an appetizer and we had to ask for it 4xs and the last time I asked I specifically said if it’s cold please remake it… they brought a cold onion with oil pooled at the bottom so it had clearly been sitting… and the sauce was chunky which was super funky. The server was nice, and that was the only redeeming aspect of this visit. The steaks also seemed smaller than ordered… so unfortunately we won’t be going back. Paid full price for ultimately disappointing. Oh! And the Cesar salad dressing was dull like it’s diluted with mayonnaise…..

Steak size bigger than my palm, and price cheaper than my coffee (ok, exaggerated). But seriously, very value for $ steaks here at wallet friendly price. Couldn’t finish my sides as the portions are really huge. Didn’t have to wait for a table and service is prompt, although the waitress gave a “Karen” look throughout.

Love the smothered chicken. It is so moist. Have never been in a texas roadhouse restaurant with such employees. At least 5 of them told us to have a good night when we left. One even went out of her way to open the door. Our waiter was just as wonderful.

Came from out of town, had my dogs with me and the people at Texas road house greeted us with hospitality and we’re super friendly with my dogs. They gave amazing service to my pups and me. The staff all came to greet my dogs and wanted to pet them. The best experience I have had an a big chain restaurant. Food was spectacular amazing portion size. Cooked to perfection. I had the pulled pork dinner with fries. My server was Anthony he was amazing.
