Much better experience at this location than the last place we went (not in Phoenix area)
Service was amazing, she was very quick to check on us but not too much. Never had to wait for anything and she was a friendly as could be. We gave a 50% tip, she deserved it.
We also used online ordering when leaving for a friend and that too, was fast and amazing. This location is definitely worth visiting! Food was cooked perfectly both to go and dine in.
I will say I am confused on how they were out of mashed potatoes but not fries or baked potatoes…everything is homemade so how do you run out of potatoes for 1 item but not thw others unless they aren’t fresh but frozen/ premade ?
It was a bit loud aswell, hard to hear the person next to you let alone thw waitress. Turning down the music just a notch or 2 would make for a perfect vibe

Thankfully very appreciative of this TRH’s delivery of delicious excellence! Everything was on point! Our server was diligent and kind! Our food was brought to us hot, fresh, and delicious! All this during the busiest of the slammed crazy Saturday night rush!

Dropped in on a rainy Monday night fortunately there was no wait and we were seated immediately. We were given fresh baked bread with cinnamon butter. Also there was a bag of peanuts waiting on the table. We ordered a cactus blossom 12 oz fort Worth ribeye baked potato loaded grilled salmon smothered and some buttered corn. Unfortunately the rib eye was cooked a little uneven The desired temperature was medium rare but overall it was pretty good. A highlight of the night was our server Sadirah she was very friendly helpful and attentive. Check this place out is in a cool location right in the Westgate area next to the Tanger outlets.

Horrible service and food. Waiter said he knew our food was raw and did nothing about it. No compensation or anything. Also had another steak sent back and was given back to us burnt. Extremely disappointed. Waiter was careless and not attentive.

I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup and arrived right on time. Since I hadn’t updated my phone number in the system, I called the posted number to let them know I was waiting in spot #2. A staff member in charge of curbside orders answered and initially couldn’t locate my order, asking if I was sure I had placed one. I confirmed and gave her the order number, after which she found it and said she’d bring it out shortly.
A few minutes later, I received a call informing me I needed to come inside to pick up the order—despite having already tipped for curbside service. I sent my two daughters in, and instead of reading off the receipt to confirm the items, the employee simply repeated what she thought was in the bag. She also claimed rolls were included, but there were none—just butter, which didn’t make sense and came off as careless.
Additionally, we had paid for a Dr Pepper specifically for my oldest daughter, which we never received. When my daughters came back to the car and told me, I called again to explain that I had tipped for curbside service and asked for a refund for the missing drink and the tip. The employee dismissed the concern and said we could come back to get the soda, offering no solution or refund.
In the end, I was left without the drink I paid for and felt misled about the curbside experience. What was meant to be convenient turned into a frustrating hassle, with no accountability or resolution offered. Very disappointing.

I was more than pleasantly surprised, I was amazed! The filet cutlets were cooked perfectly as medium as requested and the rice had the flavor of the meat and peppercorn sauce. My wife had the salmon and was equally impressed. The restaurant was very clean and the staff seemed happy to be there. Great experience.

The first time I visited, Amirrah was my server, and the service was great. She was very friendly and had a nice vibe, even though she forgot a few things. The food was good overall, though I kept getting burnt bread rolls. I wanted her again as my server, but she wasn’t working that day. My second visit started off poorly because I was “On Deck” before two groups, yet the hostess kept calling others ahead of me. I also found hair in my rolls. I had Lizabeth, who seemed unmotivated, and her demeanor suggested she didn’t want to be there. She rang up the money I gave her incorrectly and kept about $4 for herself, which I assume was a tip, and gave me the leftover. Even though I gave her extra money for a tip, the total cash back was still incorrect if I had accidentally given her more than I should have. The food that time also fell flat compared to my first visit.
