Usually do not make bad reviews but this one is bad. I’ve sat down at this Texas road house and it was a great experience this is the second time I’ve ordered take out and 2nd time it’s been gross this time it’s rough. 2 steaks were ordered both room temperature and potatoe skins that were obviously old with cheese that looks like it was melted on a hour prior. Sit down and eat there fine but I would not recommend to order your food to pick up and go. The person at the window was awesome.

First time at the Texas Roadhouse on North Metro Parkway in Phoenix and we had a really good time. Staff was friendly right when we walked in and same energy when we left. You can tell they actually enjoy working there.
The place has a fun vibe. Big screens with country music and sports, electric guitars on the ceiling, and this cool little corner dedicated to Willie Nelson. Nice touch.
Our server Aimee was great. Knew the menu well and was easy to talk to. We did the $12.99 Early Dine deal which felt like a steal honestly. My husband got the 6 oz sirloin with corn and green beans. I went with the country fried chicken, broccoli, and a loaded sweet potato with toasted marshmallows. That sweet potato was ridiculous. And yeah, the rolls are as good as everyone says.
The manager Andrew stopped by to say hi which was a nice surprise. They also have a simple email signup for their VIP Club right at the table. Signed up on the spot.
On the way out they gave us a bag of peanuts and we noticed a sign about how they give back to the community. That kind of stuff matters to us.
Already told a bunch of friends about it. We’ll be back for sure.

Your guises food is very awesome. Good I destroyed that burger down like eating it and your service is the best here. I really like the waiters and you have a very good environment. I would totally come back here again. This is the best experience I’ve ever had.

Great food at good prices. My daughter loves this place and I sister we go there while visiting. I can say, I had a really good (and large) steak, loaded baked potato, and salad for less than $30! The bread you get was really good with the cinnamon butter.

This was a mediocre dining experience at best. My salad was slid on to my table with no comment. Merely toss and dash by an unknown server. It was a major challenge to get the shrimp off of the skewer and the server said there was no cocktail sauce. The potato was good so there was one high point to the meal. The Mac and cheese was tough and lacking in flavor. I will not be going back.

Service was great. The atmosphere was nice. The steak was okay. I ordered it as a medium because I noticed they tend to undercook it. It came out as a medium rare. The photo doesn’t reflect the reality perfectly do to some color correction. It was a medium warm red.

Took about a 5 min wait before being seated. Everyone super nice and friendly. I got a 6oz sirloin and my husband got bone-in ribeye. Delicious flavor! We were both happy. A wonderful meal, nice price and great service. I will definitely return to this location. Manager was nice and stopped by our table so we got to brag about out server. Oh and some of the best salad croutons I’ve ever had!

I have been here before and I have to start off my saying if you haven’t eaten here before you need to at least come and try their rolls with cinnamon honey butter. They are so good and have such a unique taste! We started off with salads one of them we asked for no croutons on one for my celiac friend and there was like one half of a crouton in it which was probably a mistake but it was ok because at least she saw it. Then the food came and it was very good! Our server was so sweet and helpful. Overall the theme of the restaurant was super cute western and unique. Definitely recommend!

Food and service was good, but their pricing didn’t match internet advertising. Early dining was advertised all over the company site from 3-6 PM with entree options for $11.99. But at this location it was till 5:30 pm for $13.98. We ordered at 5:35. What I thought would be 11.99 was actually $18 per entree – I felt robbed. Will never eat at a Texas Roadhouse again. It was my fault I suppose for not reading the different pricing and times on the menu, but they wouldn’t budge on the price.
