Once seated, you’re instantly treated to their delicious warm rolls with whipped cinnamon butter (truly addicting!). The kids’ menu offers plenty of options with generous portions, and the drink menu is impressive too, with a full bar and a nice wine selection.
Every time we visit, our steaks are cooked perfectly to order, and our table’s order is always accurate. The atmosphere is upbeat and lively, making it a fun place to dine, never too quiet, just the right amount of energy. I also appreciate that a manager always stops by to check on our experience, which really shows their commitment to great service.
Texas Roadhouse continues to be one of our family favorites, reliable, delicious, and always a good time!
The rolls with the butter were so good, and I hadn’t realized they make it fresh every day, AND in the front of the restaurant! My prime rib was really tender and tasty, and I personally think $27.99 for a 12oz prime rib and some sides is a great deal. I got to try my friend’s beef tips, and they were A1
Shout out to our server Brooke too. She was so sweet & helpful! I had another interaction with another waitress in the restaurant, and she was so so sweet. Their vibes were amazing and was the cherry on top for my (first) experience there
They didn’t do reservations, BUT the hostess gal put us on the waitlist and make everything happen without an issue. I think our waiter was Stephen, and he accommodated all the old people’s requests.
Thank you very much for making my dad’s celebration a wonderful night!
My order was scheduled to be ready at 7:15 PM. When I pulled up to the pickup window, I was told the kitchen was down and there would be a slight delay. No problem, I completely understand that things happen.
I sat directly in front of the pickup window and waited. During that time, multiple other customers picked up their orders, and each time the to-go server came to the window and clearly saw me sitting there.
After waiting about 30 minutes, I finally asked for an update on my order — only to be told it was ready and had been sitting there. I was asked if I received a text notification, which I obviously didn’t, I was physically sitting at the pickup window the entire time.
As a result, my food had been sitting out for up to 30 minutes and was cold by the time I received it. That’s incredibly frustrating, especially after patiently waiting and being visible the whole time.
Delays happen. Kitchen issues happen. But completely overlooking a waiting customer and letting their food sit while they’re right in front of you is poor service and unacceptable. Very disappointed.
