im highly disappointed in this taco bell.
1.i (and several others)waited 20+ minutes to get food while the workers talked on the phone, to each other and fought over who should take my order and money…
2.the area around me is highly disgusting…floors, tables etc. making it almost impossible to eat in. their kitchen looks almost unsanitary with food all over the floor and stuff all over the counters. i watched some of my food fall into a separate order!!! i know thats not okay. (i work in food service so i would know.)
3.the food was disappointing and half of our orders were UNWRAPPED!! my friend bought a doritos locos taco supreme and got the flattest thing ever.
our burritos were unwrapped and falling apart making it impossible it eat.
ive never been so disappointed in a food service industry

I ordered a Chalupa with no tomatoes and added jalapeño, but they literally did a Chalupa of just jalapeños and barley any meat. When I felt the Chalupa, it felt like it was full of beef, but once I opened it, it was literally all jalapeños.

Stopped here for lunch it’s right down the road from my office. There wasn’t a rush let alone a line. Save your money and your appetite. I could only imagine if they had a rush how the food would look.

The food is fast and convenient. But they are consistently leaving things out of my food. I come here sometimes because it’s on my way to work. When I ask for no cheese, they will also leave off the wonderful jalapeno mustard sauce. Just why? It’s happened almost every single time I asked for no cheese. Today I got the bacon crunchwrap and it was overly expensive, but they even left the bacon off this time. I’ve been here about 10 times and I have to say my order was wrong about 7 times. Other than that, the service was friendly and fast.

I had some tacos; it was tragic. the tacos didn’t taste like tacos and the tortillas were WET!!! For some reason under the tags it said Doritos but I couldn’t find Doritos anywhere. I wish my experience would’ve been better.

The staff was super sweet, so no shade to them, but the way my food was made had me absolutely stunned. I ordered a beef Crunchwrap… emphasis on beef. I took one bite and was gushed with an unnecessary amount of sour cream.
So I opened it up to investigate, and tell me why the entire thing was cold, undercooked, and had zero beef. Like… not even a sprinkle.
I get that it’s fast food, but I’m still paying real money for something that resembles the item I ordered. Kinda sad, honestly.

this taco bell is always either really good or really mediocre and disappointing , my doritos loco taco had me jumping with joy, exploding tbh. but my nachos fries… same with the location by fashion place nearby, were so sad and soggy. service was okay, someone get these workers a Muha and a redbull, with love.
edit: there is this one guy who has the best energy actually and is the goat so service maybe aint so bad

Very poor service! All my items were lacking protien like completely. The champagne was all lettuce and cheese and the burritos were literally all nachos cheese. Called the store and they said they could not help me in anyway

My son and I stopped by last night around midnight. We were on foot and we were disappointed that the dining room was closed. So we went to the drive through. We stood at the drive through for about 10 minutes and nobody ever came to the microphone.
Where is somebody on foot supposed to get a late dinner if the drive through completely ignores us.
It was especially embarrassing because there were three cars stacked up behind us.
I can understand somebody popping in to say, “I’m sorry, we don’t serve pedestrians at the drive through.” But to simply ignore us was horrible customer service.
