Salad with ranch and Italian was delicious as to be expected.
Three pieces of cat fish was so much food! Breading tasted like it may not have been fresh, but the fish was moist and flaky. Tartar sauce was zesty. Cocktail sauce was good. I do believe restaurants that see fried fish should have malt vinegar, but the red wine vinegar sufficed.
Double green beans were a favorite.
I do appreciate that they brought the peanuts back in individual bags.
The lower food score was due to the kids meals.
The grilled chicken was the saddest portion you could have asked for.
The sliders were burnt, not even the size of the bun, and one patty appeared to have a bite taken out of it.
Server stated off good then went MIA.
The bud light with limes were cold and good.
Box. My boyfriend’s to go meal was missing all of the toppings for his loaded baked potato and his chicken fried chicken looked like it had seen better days. Save your money for a better restaurant.
When we arrived, the restaurant wasn’t busy, no one was waiting, yet the hostess tried to cram our party of 7 into a small 4 person booth. There were several open 6 person booths nearby, but instead of simply accommodating us like every other Texas Roadhouse does, the hostess rudely told us there was only one table in the entire restaurant that could fit our group and that we’d have to wait 40 minutes. Meanwhile, multiple groups of 5 and 6 were seated immediately.
After waiting about 20 minutes, they finally sat us at a table that was filthy, with menus covered in butter. Our server, Preston, was inattentive and rude, twice reaching directly in front of me without saying “excuse me,” nearly hitting me in the head while dropping off rolls. He never asked if we were celebrating anything (despite the gifts on the table), never offered drink refills, and didn’t clear appetizer plates before bringing entrées, leaving the table completely cluttered.
The food was just as disappointing. My chili had large, fatty chunks of steak that didn’t belong, and my Caesar salad had huge, uncut lettuce leaves. My husband’s steak, ordered medium, came out burnt and well-done — and since Preston never came by to check on us, it couldn’t even be corrected.
Between the rude service, dirty table, and poorly prepared food, this visit was a total waste of money. We definitely won’t be returning to this location.
I ordered the 16 oz Outlaw Ribeye with broccoli and a side salad, which came out to about 6–8 net carbs.
One tip I’d recommend: sign up for the online waitlist before you go. When we checked, the wait was 40–50 minutes. We joined the list from home about 15 minutes before leaving, it took us 15 minutes to get there, and after checking in we only waited about 10 minutes before being seated.
The service was great. Unfortunately, I can’t remember our server’s name, but he did an amazing job.
Got a 8 oz fillet medium well there was no pink.. told the server he didn’t care.. it was weird.
Did I mention the waiter didn’t offer to send a manager over?
Overall I would not go to this location.
