Got a gift card for Christmas, so my wife and I made Texas Roadhouse our Friday night date. It had been a while since we’d been there. I’ve never loved how loud it can be, but tonight the music was more subdued, so we could actually talk and enjoy each other.
Whoever was on the grill tonight really knows how to cook a steak. I ordered mine medium and it was perfect—nice pink all the way through, great temperature, and just the right amount of seasoning. Our server asked if I wanted A1 sauce, and I told him if I need sauce, I’m in the wrong steakhouse. This steak didn’t need a thing.
Those little rolls everyone talks about? Yep, they’re as good as people say. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and full of flavor. My wife had the chicken-fried chicken and really enjoyed it too.
Great food, great service, and a really nice date night. Five-star experience. Hats off to our server.

The food was very delicious. We loved the shrimp, rolls with butter, ribeye, and steak.
The decorations and energy is fun. The staff was very friendly. It was so loud it was hard to hear each other talking though.

Came here as a family of 7 and was treated fantastic. Ashlyn was our waitress and she was great. The food was awesome and service was excellent. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I had the chicken with brown gravy. Think I perfer gravy on the side, so I can dip the chicken, instead of over top of chicken. Other that that everything was excellant. Salad and mashed potatoes. Service was also excellant. The price was compared to other places. So much food. Had to take rest home.

One of my favorite franchises in the US. The food is always consistent, and competitively priced. Their complementary bread is always baked fresh and unlimited. During dinner hours, very prepared to wait. I always choose the bar area because it’s self seating and usually does have space for one or two people.

We go here all the time. Usually it is great. The last time we went we had kind of a large party. A lot of the family was with us the way they set up tables for large groups is ridiculous to say the least. They just stick a table at the end of our booth and stick two people out in the aisle and they always put us by the bathroom. We’d be more than happy to split between two booths if a waitress was willing to allow that in her section. Honestly, I didn’t care if we are the same waitress, but usually the food is great and we just deal with it. It’s a little loud in there, but that’s part of the atmosphere and the kind of restaurant it is. I’ve learned to wear ear plugs when we go here But last time we went my husband and I both got super sick and it was the only place we could eat in all weekend. So I’m pretty sure the food poisoning came from there. The waitresses are always super kind and accommodating but seriously rethink the way you put big parties in your restaurant. Please.

Placed a large Togo order. They forgot my sweet potato. So I only got one side with my meal. I ordered a side kick of the ribs in addition to that and it was barely 2 rib bones extremely small for 9.99$ more. The Togo person signed off on the receipt that my food was all there and checked. Portions were very small and our kids meal was was supposed to be medium on the steak however it was definitely red/rare in the middle. Definitely not worth the $69 + the $7 tip I left as well. I will not be ordering takeout here again. Portions in the restaurant are better.

Food was good, service from waitress was amazing. There was a hair in our food so we sent it back and had to wait another 30 minutes just to receive a new plate. With an issue like this I would’ve expected it to come back faster. Also the manager checked on us after just to see how the food tasted that everyone was eating with no mention or apology of the plate sent back. We had to get the plate to go as everyone else was done eating when the plate finally came back out. No discount nor comp meal given for the inconvenience. I felt management could’ve definitely done better. Still gave a good tip as our waitress did amazing.
