Red Lobster is alive in business today however far from it used to be… the food is still good and prices are adequate however portions are smaller and if you want something more you need to pay more, salads are not included, portions are smaller, baked potatoes and smash potatoes are different from what they used to be! One definitely will get more value out of a meal if you’re dining out on a different franchise such as Chucks or One eye Jack or any Italian restaurant for that matter! I had a decent meal today however I feel I get more for my money dining elsewhere, unfortunately I will not be eating in Red Lobster again, it saddens me but nowadays every cent counts!

My daughter insisted on having her birthday dinner here, and this was our third family birthday celebration at this restaurant in the past year. We’ve always had great service and great food. On a previous visit, my mom’s steak was overcooked, and the staff went above and beyond to fix it, which we really appreciated. I also love that the kids’ meals are reasonably priced and generous—perfect for three seafood-loving girls.
This visit was especially lovely. We were greeted so warmly by Director Richard, who made my daughter’s birthday extra special. We were a large group and had two fantastic servers, Laura and MaryJane, who took wonderful care of us. We’ll definitely be back!

Sheldon was exceptionally nice, helpful and attentive. Excellent service, I encountered 4 or 5 other staffers including the manager. ( Bryan I think) who helped me get into the restroom with my walker and the hostesses helped me too especially Rita. This restaurant reminded me of when Red Lobster was on top in its genre. Ours in Amherst had a decline after they were sold and then shuttered. Thank you, see you soon.

I wish to see more artisanal, maybe not as fine dining restaurant expectancy but at least more sophisticated dishes that offer more true Canadian Seafood culture.
We ordered whole lobsters, crab legs, salads and appetizers and drinks.
Overall it was a good experience, dining area and restrooms are also clean.

I was in the mood for an seafood ultimate feast meal so I decided to drive from the USA to Canada just for that. Seeing that Western NY doesn’t have any locations anymore. I enjoyed my food and drinks. It was worth the ride and every dollar I spent. Will be back soon

Amazing restaurant! We ordered the popcorn shrimp, Lobsters lovers duo and their famous warm Cheddar Bay Biscuits. The shrimp were crispy and well-seasoned, and the lobster was tender, buttery, and cooked perfectly. The biscuits were soft, cheesy, and honestly hard to stop eating. Service was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. A great spot for a satisfying seafood meal in Niagara Falls.

Jackie was an incredible server , they made special arrangements for my shellfish allergy so my partner could enjoy the seafood options. We had the seafood platter , and for my allergy I had the Steak , with Cesar Salad and the Brussels Sprouts. Everything was deliciously perfect!!! The bread was fresh and hot! You will not be disappointed.
