I went here for the first time back in September and had a pretty great time, and every time I go physically its a pretty good experience.
The issue arises when you order online, which they believe they are above serving.
I arrived for a pickup order about 2 weeks ago, the pickup employee in the pink hat was super nice yet explained my pickup would take an additional 30 mins from the pickup time I had on my phone which told me my food was ready.
When I returned after that time, there was a female employee in a black hat who absolutely hates people. She was nasty, rude and refusing to give me my food and told me it would be another 30 minutes.
The pink hatted employee returned after a moment and got me my food, which was brick cold as it had been done at mt pickup time but they were not willing to serve pick ups. They prefer to only serve in house food, so it seems this service should be taken away.
I returned last night at 8:40 for another try at this places pick up, hoping they would have gotten it together. The pickup window was dark and when employees passed they would look at me and walk away. Refusing to do their jobs.
I went inside for my meal which was not the best choice. The employees were ignoring the door and talking terribly about another employee, in an odd clique together at the hostess station. Not a good look.
When they finally acknowledged me they radioed for my order and the employee bringing it was a lot nicer than the ones at the hostess desk.
Upon arriving home 15+ mins away, I noticed many discrepancies with my order. To begin, I asked for a chili bowl which I did not recieve. Instead I got steak fries stuck to the ribs I ordered. Following that, my country veg plate was completely missing an extra salad I ordered. I stood there dumb founded and surprised they even gave me my extra bread rolls because it seems they refuse to honor what you actually order, just whatever scraps they can get off the kitchen.
Overall, I will stop going here.

We went on a day where the waitresses were theme dressing and it was super cute. I think it was ’90s?
We didn’t have to wait long. If you are flexible and not a large party, the weight usually doesn’t matter. We always love the food and the drinks. The service is always on point.

Super busy place! Short wait and very fast service. All the staff were very polite and friendly. The food was good, but be warned, these are giant portions. We had 3 carry-out boxes! The only negative was the steak kabob was mostly gristle. I don’t recommend that entree. Otherwise a good experience.

We always have a good meal here. The herb crusted chicken is what I typically get. The potato options are always good too. The rolls are wonderful and it’s tough not too fill up on them. The steaks are good and that is probably why most people love the place. The service has always been very good, with friendly servers and an easy dining experience. I definitely recommend the place for comfort food done right.

We came here to celebrate my mother in laws birthday and it turned out amazing. The staff were so great especially because we were a party of 10. We all got our food fairly quickly and we brought a cake which they even put in the fridge for us until we were ready for it. The whole experience was great. 10/10 recommend.

The food is always phenomenal here, first time having a burger and it did not disappoint. The BAD PART, After the wait list said they were ready for us, we chkd in, they moved us from the very crowded front door/waiting area to an even more and very busy and heavy traffic area wear the servers are going in and out of the kitchen and the guests are coming through to get seated and other guests are leaving, kind of overwhelming and seems like the need better planning, the service was phenomenal, the food was phenomenal, it’s a great place

My dad visited from Oklahoma. Wanted to eat here on his last night. Unfortunately his rib eye steak was 80% fat. I kid you not. My NY strip was cooked right and my wife loved her chicken dish so much that weve been back twice in the past month. Still I took a star off for my dads plate of fat which they actually didnt offer to take off his bill.

The hostess Evie told us the wait would be 20 to 30 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes outside in the cold, I went to check back in. I said we’ve been waiting 45 minutes now. You told us 20 to 30. She said no I didn’t, check your text message. The text did say 60 to 70 but that’s not what she said. We all heard her say it. She didn’t apologize, just made me feel like I was a liar. I went back outside pissed. Another coworker heard we were upset and told us it wouldn’t be too much longer. I understand these are college kids working here, but they need to be taught better customer service than that. I will not be returning to this location. Our waitress was nice though, she told me not to expect too much from the college kids and that it’s probably their first job. Well the hostess is the first person and last person you see and leave a lasting impression. This was a month ago probably and I’m still upset about how horribly we were treated.

My wife and I went in for a late lunch at 3 PM as that is when they open. It seems it would make sense to open at 11 and serve lunch. While we were waiting for them to open the doors about three of the employees came up and we’re waiting to be let in also. It seems they could get there earlier and use another entrance. When we came in, we were the first ones to be seated and the hostess wanted to put us at the worst table in the house. It was next to the kitchen, which had no doors and the server station. We asked to be seated a few seats away, which she did. The waitress asked us if we would like to have something to drink before we ordered and so I ordered a beer and my wife ordered a glass of wine. We noticed that there was no one at the bar to fill drink orders. It looked like a management person came over and Filled in. I can tell you that the peanuts didn’t taste very good with water. Finally, the bartender came in at 3:15 and started filling orders. The green beans that we ordered had some kind of bacon substitute in them that had a liquid smoke flavor. It would be good to have real bacon and not an artificial smoked flavor added. That said after I got a Caesar salad instead of the green beans, the prime rib and loaded baked potato were very good. Our server was excellent.

Portions are back to being large! this is great. I had the beef tips they were so yummy just a little too salty but oh so tender it was probably the gravy that was a little salty, everything else was pure perfection. the music was a little too loud. Service with a smile was great. we will be back
