I’m really disappointed with my recent experience and feel like I should share it, especially for others who have food allergies.

Before ordering, I called to ask questions about gluten-allergy procedures. The woman who answered the phone was very kind and said she would transfer me to a manager. After being on hold for about 10 minutes, I was transferred, introduced myself, and explained I had questions about gluten-allergy protocol—only to be transferred again before I could even finish speaking. I was then bounced back and forth between staff and never got any answers, so I finally gave up and hung up.

I ended up placing an online order and clearly put that I have a gluten allergy in both my name and the special instructions. No one called to confirm anything, which was concerning, especially since the restaurant advertises that food allergies are taken seriously. An allergen menu alone doesn’t answer questions about cross-contamination or preparation, which is why I called in the first place.

What’s even more frustrating is that I later sent an email with this feedback using the contact information provided on the takeout sheet—and never received any response at all. That feels very unprofessional, especially when the issue involves food safety.

I also noticed that management regularly responds to positive reviews but rarely addresses negative ones. That gives the impression that concerns aren’t being taken seriously, which is disappointing as a customer.

I understand restaurants are busy, and I genuinely appreciated how polite the first employee I spoke with was. But being transferred repeatedly, not getting answers about a medical dietary restriction, and then being ignored when following up is not acceptable. I hope this is taken seriously and improvements are made, because customers with allergies need to feel safe and heard.

Overall good food with average pricing for a steak meal. Who doesn’t love the warm rolls! The staff was warm and welcoming with a 10-15 minute wait on Saturday at 8pm.

We had yet another fantastic meal at Texas Roadhouse! The 14oz prime rib was incredibly tender and flavorful, perfectly cooked, and a real treat for steak lovers.
It came with a generous side of fries, which were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside.
The country-fried chicken steak was comforting and delicious, with a nice crispy coating served with a white country gravy, also served with a generous helping of mac and cheese.
The real highlight, however, is always their famous buns with cinnamon butter; they were warm and fluffy. We also had their refreshingly sweet strawberry lemonades without being overpowering. The staff here deserves a special shout-out as they are always very friendly, providing great customer service that makes the dining experience even more enjoyable.
We will be back again soon

Both Sirloin Fried Steak dinners were really tough and over cooked, almost too well done, with so much gristle. Mom got her Salmon but not with mixed vegetables, they brought her just broccoli which she didn’t eat. Sweet potato was delicious but not with mixed extra toppings like I asked. Well, Happy Father’s Day anyway dad. I’m sorry to have picked this place. :(.

We visited for father’s day. The hubby ordered a 16oz sirloin as he liked the thickness. He got a 6 oz sirloin instead.
Basically, the waitress just wasn’t paying attention. She also missed me asking for a couple things so I had to restate.
The manager, though, was quite friendly and his customer service was top-notch. He gave us a coupon and was very friendly.
The steaks were very well cooked, what we’ve come to expect from Texas Roadhouse.

My boyfriend and I went here for dinner last night and had a SPECTACULAR experience. Our server, Brendon, really made the dinner great. He was very friendly and attentive, and provided us lots of excellent recommendations. Chloe, the manager on duty, was also very kind when she checked in on us and made sure that everything was perfect. The food was warm and well cooked, and the restaurant was clean. We were particularly impressed with the quality of the service, especially since we had come later in the evening. Thank you for making our simple date night special!

Texas Roadhouse is one of our “go to” places for a tasty steak. Always cooked right, excellent service, very seldom more than 5 min wait because we call ahead. In many years: only one waitress who didn’t recieve a 4 or 5 rating. And only one steak not cooked enough to be able to eat it.
I don’t have any complaints about TRH, except when “Happy Birthday” is sung to a customer.
There’s really no singing, its more like screaming/yelling. Very annoying.
But as many times as we been served there, there isnt always a “birthday scream “, so still our place to go.
My favorite is the bone in Ribeye. Always enough to take home for another meal. Yum!
And the Margarita with the Patron kicker is one of the best around, on the occasion I have a drink!

Food was amazing and the service was outstanding. I was impressed with how fast the food came out even though they were incredibly busy. Manager stopped by as well as a couple of servers to ask if we need anything.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Texas Roadhouse in Littleton. There were four of us, and we arrived around 4:45 p.m. on a Saturday evening. I understand this is a busy restaurant, but the service felt rushed from start to finish—almost like a “dine and dash.” We hadn’t even finished eating before our server began hurrying us along to turn over the table.

My friends and I dine out frequently and are always generous tippers, but the treatment we received after paying our bill was both rude and unacceptable. A few examples:
1. One of my friends requested a refill of her water, and the server brought it back in a to-go cup, which felt dismissive and odd.
2. The server didn’t clear any plates until 10–15 minutes after we had finished eating, then said, “Let me remove these plates to get the table ready for the next guests.” It was very clear we were being pushed out.
3. While clearing the table, he offered a “free appetizer coupon” for our next visit. We thought it was because we were celebrating a friend’s birthday, but then he said it required a $5 donation—without explaining what the donation was for. That felt misleading and unprofessional.

As for the food, I had the shrimp and rice. It was inexpensive but mediocre—too much rice, and the shrimp was drenched in butter. The side salad and mashed potatoes were decent, however.
