This is their new location, it’s big and beautiful inside. Everything from the appetizer and rolls to the salad that came out before the meal to the steak being cooked exactly as I requested. We went in @ 4pm, there was no wait. Our server was great, I don’t remember her name… she took care of her entire section so well!

Food was great! There were multiple birthday celebrations going on and the employees would do a chant thing which was cool. Steaks came out quick and we didn’t have to wait long to be seated even though the place was packed. The steaks were cooked like I asked and very tasty. Their new location has a lot more parking. We also had fried pickles which tasted great.

This is a brand new Texas Roadhouse in Lubbock Texas! We came in around 4:30 and caught the early bird special. 10.99 for multiple plates is awesome! You can choose from sirloin steak, country fried steak, chicken, etc. Always love the rolls and the salads here! The food is always hot and ready to eat as you’ve asked for it to be prepped. Atmosphere is typical for Texas Roadhouse. It is a dark atmosphere but lively! The wait staff was prompt and food was served hot and beautifully. Definitely recommend this venue!

Took the wife here, and the good was okay, my steak was cooked perfectly just lacked a little flavor for some reason. The potatoes were done amazingly also. Our waitress was very attentive yet not overbearing. Our drinks never went dry and the food came rather quickly. The only real downside of our evening here was the music was so loud we could barely hear each other.

I have eaten here multiple times & absolutely love their food. However I’m pretty sure tonight was my last visit. The cheese burger my boyfriend was served could have really made him sick. It was about 96%-97% raw or uncooked. We ended up taking our food to go and had to finish cooking the hamburger patty at home. Just really disappointed..

That’s a 12 oz, steak as wide as my knife and thick as it too.. Bartenders not friendly. This has been worse experience. Tried waving Down MGR, no luck completely ignored all bad.. This is sad

My daughter takes me there often and I have no complaints about them only great things to say…the best food in Lubbock. Brendan is awesome waiter. Manager is very nice and checks on people to make sure they are doing well while eating there. Awesome new place. Thanks Road House for serving us great food and great cooks! See you soon!!

It’s so loud! I have heard the music louder in the past, and today wasn’t quite as bad. Once we were seated, a wonderful server named Treasure helped us. The first thing that determines how our restaurant experience might go is the staff. Treasure was on her A-game and offered new bread when the basket was empty, offered refills without having to be waved down, cleared plates as they were emptied. All of this she did with a smile that never stopped. The fried pickles, chicken critters and sides were good according to my dinner companion. My 8 oz filet was perfect, and the house salad divine. I’ve never seen such cute, tiny tomatoes. My beer was ice cold on tap and hit the spot on a hot day. Took half the meal home because the servings are of good size. We will be back, and with any luck, Treasure will be at our table!

Overall experience was terrible. Called and made a reservation for 18 people for a birthday party. When we got there they made us wait til all 18 of us were there. Once they went to seat us they split us up into 4 different booths! We told them it was a party of 18 for a birthday party and they said that was the best they could do and that we should have specified we all wanted to sit together. I mean it should be common sense that if it’s a birthday party we would all like to sit together. Come on people do better! Had we known they were going to do this we would have made reservations elsewhere. I felt bad that the birthday boy had to go around and visit each table. The food was not that great either. I feel the quality has gone down since they’ve moved. We will not be going back.
