My experience today was not too great. I haven’t had this pizza in a long time. Decided to get , the 1st situation was me receiving an email on my way there saying my pizza could not go in portal, as I must get directly from the front workers . So when I get there , I still entered my portal code & just my breadsticks were available . I wait in line & as im there going on 10 mins, more people continue to enter . The employees all were flipping pizzas & not acknowledging any of us there . Another customer finally said something & one of the guys then turns around & says…< we are not taking anymore orders > I immediately told him I ordered prior & where is my pizza. He asked for my name& handed me my pizza.
How do you tell live customers you are not taking orders, when they didn’t acknowledge anything until a customer spoke up.
I noticed when I left out my pizza crust looked like it was had no form of golden confirmation of being cooked .
This location needs to be shut down or get a whole new educated staff

My mom ordered two extra, most bestest pepperonis, one extra most bestest sausage, and one extra most bestest cheese, and when we opened up the boxes we realized that they were certainly not extra most bestest. I suggested that my mom call and let them know that they didn’t give her the right pizzas even though they charged her the full amount, and when she called, she got hung up on the first time. I called back and talked to the manager, who said that we had to bring the full order back, which was about 20 minutes away, because we were in Groveport, and then he would either remake the order or refund the money. I let him know that these were not extra most bestest’s, and they weren’t even in the box that the extra most bestest come in, so he told me to look at the sticker on the front. Indeed, they were extra most bestest stickers on the front. But as you can see from the pictures, these are anything but extra most bestest. I don’t know if it’s this manager who is putting out inferior product, or if Little Caesars just completely fell off, but I’m a very unsatisfied customer. I recommend walking into Costco and getting real pizzas. Don’t get cheated by this location

Pretty quick ordered in there are not tables, etc. Order at the counter or call ahead. Pizza was great and hot.

When ordering on the app, and an item is missing or not delivered… door dash will only refund 15%. You must request a “full item” refund not “partial order” refund. They are not up front with this and are depending you are not going to notice or call back for full refund

Every time you do a delivery order, they never send half the order. We had three large pizzas and two of the crazy brats. I got one Pizza and one crazy bread. This is the third or fourth time that half of our order is not there and they never answer the phone when you call them. Their service sucks if it wasn’t for the price and in a pinch it works good if you pick up yourself then I would never order from them. They’re never pleasant inside are always understaffed and too busy to have a conversation with their customers or be friendly.

Absolutely EVERY time we have ordered from here, the delivery arrives with at least half the items missing. Today we ordered for our son’s birthday party and they delivered one of four pizzas. On top of that, we never received our credit from them as promised. They REFUSE to deliver the missing items and offer a credit which you will NEVER receive.
Awful business. Unreliable service.
Poor Management.
Message to the franchisee: if you choose to operate a business, SERVE your customers!
Apparently when they fail to deliver half your order for a graduation party, their policy is not to do anything about it. Instead, you can expect ‘possibly’ getting approved for a partial refund…days later.
Three out of four times we had the wrong order and/or missed items. Safe to say they will get it right a quarter of the time. I recommend just ordering from another place.

Bought the pretzel crust and Italian bread, got home and it was alright for the most part, but I had some leftovers today and my fiancé found a plastic filament in it or something. It’s like three inches and a strip of plastic that was baked into the cheese crust, so we’re wondering what it even is. With the reviews on here, I figured it’s best to just contact corporate.
