Normally our wait time is minimal at this location. Tonight was BUSY!!
I tried to check in online, but that option wasn’t available. I went in and waited in line to get a table and was told there was a girl checking outside checking people in. A little frustrating because apparently we walked right past her and could have waited in her line instead of wasting time in the other line…
Check in was quick, we were asked to sit in our car until our table was ready because of the crowd. No big deal except they didn’t have to deal with the 8 year old in the car for an hour
We were not provide an estimated wait time, but got a text confirming we were on the wait list; some restaurants provide an estimated wait time within this text, or a link to see your place in line, but we didn’t get that tonight.
We waited approximately 30-45 minutes and my husband went to check (we have ‘dropped off the wait list’ at other restaurants, so just wanted to check in). They explained to him that ‘there are plenty of open tables, but were having trouble getting the tables cleaned’ and could not provide an estimated wait time.
We chose to keep waiting.
It was approximately 10-15 minutes later and we received a text that our table was ready. Once we checked in at the front, it was approximately 5-10 minutes and we were seated.
Our waitress (cannot remember her name) was WONDERFUL!! She was friendly, attentive, quick and my 8 year old appreciated her noticing his charm and humor
Drinks, appetizers, meal, refills, to-go boxes- everything was quick, correct, proper temps and DELICIOUS!
Aside from the wait time (understandable due to how many people were there), not one complaint!
10/10 would recommend this location!

This is the best built Texas Roadhouse I’ve been to by far. The parking lot was spacious, the waiting was very accommodating and the rows of tables inside had adequate room between each isle. Most Texas Roadhouses everyone is piled on top of each other from the time you walk in the door. Michelle seated us, was so pleasant and welcomed us to the new location. We will definitely be back!

It was great! I love Texas Roadhouse. Service was good, very happy personnel who were enthusiastic and good at their job. Food was great. Steak is the best in Texas of course. And the place is just fun. I like that you can put yourself on the waiting list before you arrive, is smart.

03/03/2026 we went tonight, the service was great, no complaints there. My wife ordered a chicken fried steak that was horrible, tough, nasty and overcooked. We left it there as we refused to even feed it to our dog. I ordered a 12oz ribeye that was cooked the way i ordered it (medium rare) but was tough and subpar quality. I get better select usda quality steaks on sale at heb or walmart. The steaks at this roadhouse were economy grade, poor marbling and on the tougher side. A waste of money. They have meat right now that is absolutely not fit to be served in any steakhouse. Avoid for a while if not permanently.

Omg we took the advice of our uber driver to try this restaurant out and boy oh boy we were not disappointed!!! The food was amazing and our server Alicia went above and beyond our expectations!! The line dancing put on by the staff was awesome and added to the experience and atmosphere!!!! THANK YOU for a fantastic time

I love the Texas Roadhouse new location . Spacious inside and outside. There are no longer issues in finding a place to park. The background music is at the right volume level, where you actually hear the conversation of individuals sitting at your table, and peanut shells are no longer scattered over the entire floor. Customer service continues to be awesome and the food continues to be delicious.

The waitress was to busy talking to her friends and flirting with the 2 male staff to do a good job. When we got to the table all the plates had food debris and there was a dirty napkin under my feet that fell to the floor. Im so glad I didnt trip with the baby because it was close. She did fix the plates but the napkin stayed the entire meal until i showed the manager.
The country fried chicken was the size of a full plate when we went last week and this time it was the size of my hand flat. We love this resturant and have always had an exceptional experience except last night.
The manager came over and was so sweet and said she would give us a discount but we got charged full price when the other waitress came over with the togo bag she threw it at my head, I guess she was friends with our tables waitress. I know this was just an off night and we still suggest this resturant, just not that waitress….I never got a name sadly.
