We love Searcy Roadhouse but today on Valentine’s Day they would not honor the email I receive from Roadhouse about the special being offered which stated prime rib was offered as special Valentines special. I even showed them my email but still would not honor it. This is false advertisement and I feel we were overcharged because we ordered the prime rib anyway because that is what we came for. We come at least 1 or 2 times a month even though we live an hour away and always get good food and service in Searcy except today please do better!!!!

Both my husbands and my birthdays are next week and we received coupons for a “free” appetizer, that expires on 7/30. Our week next week is really busy so we decided to take advantage of them today. Service awful, they sat us at a 2 person table, no big deal until no one bothered to remove any of the dirty dishes 2 bread plates, 2 appetizers, 2 salads, and by the time the meal came even though I stacked the dishes in the center, there was absolutely no room to eat. Then the bill comes and our appetizers were not free. They were discounted. The manager was walking by as we were leaving and offered us a coupon for another “free” appetizer. I have a gluten allergy and asked for the shrimp but no bread it came on bread.

Lovely meal, friendly server who was efficient, funny and really likeable. Beautiful food, omg warm buns and honey butter perfect blooming onion was divine too. Had to leave early as there was a pipe issue – professionally dealt with. Will be going back for sure Had we stayed we had ordered the rib eye as it was a favourite of my step mums.

Visited this steakhouse, and it left an amazing impression! We ordered the ribeye on the bone with mashed potatoes — absolutely delicious and juicy! The meat was cooked to perfection, exactly as we requested. Even though the restaurant was packed, the service was excellent: the staff was attentive, and our dishes arrived quickly. The atmosphere was great, perfect for a dinner with family or friends. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves quality steak!

Visited for my wife’s birthday. Her steak was wrong twice. My steak was okay, but maybe I’m just outgrowing. The restaurant style stakes. The service was good. The blossom onion was delicious. But as far as steaks, I just don’t think this place is hitting like it used to back in the day. FYI, this was my first time at this particular location.

the only decent thing was the potatoes. my steak was supposed to be well done because im pregnant but its very much rare and the first round of rolls sucked. we barley got refills and a single beer was nearly $6. had to wait 20 minutes just to get checked out. paid $66 for this bs. given them 5 tries, driving to conway again from now on. manager didnt seem to know what he was doing either. mind you they refused to give us any comp so now my dog gets a $30 steak..

Ordered the salmon, it was so overcooked it was hard and tasteless. I informed my waitress and she said sorry but didn’t offer to prepare another piece that was cooked properly. Totally wasted my money on a meal I couldn’t eat.

Absolutely loved this steakhouse! The food was excellent—especially the baked potato and the ribs, which were cooked to perfection and full of flavor. Our waitress, Kaithy, really stood out with her big enthusiasm and friendly service. She made us feel right at home and took great care of us the entire night. The atmosphere was lively and loud in the best way possible, adding to the fun, energetic vibe. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great meal and a good time!

Rolls and butter was delicious!! Salad was not what I asked for mixed greens mostly iceberg lettuce but was good… Chicken loaded was good but no melted cheese on top.. Husband had shrimp and he said they were good, but looks like Tawin raised shrimp not USA gulf shrimp. He had pork chops again it looks like modified pork…. tastes good…but I really would like Real Meat….the meat products just don’t seem the same anymore…over 50.00 for meal..

The food was absolutely delicious and our server was wonderful. BUT we had a very rough start to our visit. When we arrived to Texas Roadhouse in Searcy, AR, they said it would be 15-25 min. wait. We said fine. We noticed the couple who came in front of us being seated at the 15 min mark, however we were never seated and people who came in clearly after us were seated. We noticed the 3-4 ladies working the greeter table keep looking at us as we sat on the bench directly in front of them, they huddled together and even pointed towards us, but never came and said anything to us. Finally at the 35 minute mark, my husband went to inquire why we hadn’t been seated, and the lady just said …. Oh, a server took your ticket but then seated the wrong person, so you were kicked out of our system… When my husband looked at her incredulously, she just said, well, we tried to find you but we didn’t know where you were, so we couldn’t tell you. Now remember, we were seated on a bench directly in front of her the whole time… the group of women DID keep looking at us and made NO EFFORT to “find us.” If my husband hadn’t gotten up to say anything we never would have gotten a seat. And we did not appreciate her attitude of “well it wasn’t our fault, we tried and couldn’t find you.” (Which was also a lie.) Not even an apology, just a look of being justified by her explanation. Very very poor customer service that management should correct. Again, once we were finally seated our food and service was great. But your welcoming hostesses need some extra training.
