First off they have miss information by there drive thru with a sign that says $2 for $1 cookies & 6 for 2.89 and I asked for them and the girl named mir was getting a attitude because she couldn’t hear me & then wouldn’t acknowledge the 2 for 1 sign that’s outside of her drive through and had a attitude the whole time & laughed at me. So immature. Then was talking about me to her co worker and said I had an attitude? Maybe you shouldn’t put you’re feelings on other people, “mir” so much ego for a Burger King worker

On January 5, 2026, at approximately 12:30 PM, I visited your location and ordered the advertised Bikini Bottom Bundle along with a chicken sandwich, totaling over $27. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. The bun for the Whopper was dry/old and several advertised components of the SpongeBob promotion were missing. These included the treasure chest for the tater tots, the strawberry pue, and the pi a colada foam for the frozen pineapple drink. Additionally, the cashier did not inform us that these items were unavailable at the time of purchase. Given the cost and the heavy promotion of this meal, the overall value and quality were disappointing. Based on this experience, I would have chosen an alternative dining option, such as Chili’s, which offers significantly better value. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve future customer experiences.

I will never order from here again!! Placed a mobile order upon arriving at speaker I was asked what do I want. I told them i had a mobile order and the name. I then waited 10 mins for the order. Upon arriving home the order was missing food. Tried to call but no one would pick up. The mobile app only would give $3 for items that cost over $10 missing. Hungry i decided to eat when I tried to adjust a piece of chicken in the wrap I found a part of a glove in the wrap. This does not mention how they were carrying the patties out of the freezer that I saw while waiting in the Dive Thru

I didn’t go inside, drive thru but the atmosphere was bad out there because of the cashier. Very rude, not eye contact, walked away from the window after I gave her my money, without saying a word and not giving me my change. She came back with another cash drawer and then gave my change. No greeting, no thank you. Acted like I was the biggest pain in her rear! Also, as for the food.. I got a whopper Jr meal, small, soda was good, fry eh, whopper jr the size of a bisquit sandwich,all for $8.39 ? Ridiculous. Burger King needs to train their employees to be thankful they have a job and be nicer to the people patronizing them and giving them those big paychecks they don’t deserve!

Visited this BK for lunch and loved the 50’s vibe with large size 45 rum records on the ceiling, popular artists and songs from the era represented. Old time jukebox along with a table made to look like a convertible! The burgers and fries were hot and fresh, restaurant very clean and bright and good prices. Great fun for kids and adults.

I came in about a week ago I brought ice cream for me and my 12 year old daughter. I told the manager it barely any ice crème . I came inside the store I asked for my money back she said she didn’t charge my daughter for her ice crème just mine . I asked for my money back she gave me money back for one of them . And she puts her hand out to take my daughter ice crème that she didn’t charge us for because she was mad I asked for a refund . She then left my money on the counter . When I asked her name she told me suzi she is a manager . I came in that day around 345-350 that evening .

First and last time coming to this BK sandwiches was bad, and pickle fries were smashed into one clump in bottom of the cup. Burgers and fries were cold staff are not friendly. Got sick This place is a mess in the kitchen. And this place smells like if it’s an old building. Never go back again I do not recommend this place.

Wanted to pay cash, apparently that was an issue. Nobody at the counter, couldn’t get a receipt. Whatever you do don’t get your own cup even though they don’t acknowledge you. Def con 5 on the cup. Go to E Patrick street
