At a time where finding a decent dining experience is rare, this one was excellent! It no wonder the place was packed on a Monday night. Great energy, attentive service and food that exceeded expectations. Steak was cooked perfectly albeit less tender than expected, Caesar salad was large, crisp and chilled. Wine was obviously fresh.

Visited this location for my valentines day date yesterday and our waitresses name was Julie she was a slightly older woman said she has waited tables for 26 years,
Our experience started off incredible, great service, impeccable timing on the foods arrival to our table, and great pace on refilling our drinks and checking in by the end of the night here I was impressed and decided to tip 30$ on our 80$ tab which was way more than what was expected generally, then something beyond words happened we god the rest of our food to go, im a chunky woman ofc not over weight but I have weight so she asks us if we want rolls to go of course we said sure and she looks at me and says no offense the proceeds to look at my partner and said if she eats all the rolls this butter is good on toast, that made me feel so small, the utter disappointment, disrespect and insecurity i felt, ma’am if you have to start off with no offense maybe your shouldn’t finish your sentence.
I really hope this is looked into by management or corporate because treating customers like this especially the ones who are actually caring about your pay enough to tip more that we should on our bill, is a absolute disgusting and nasty way to run and have as a face of your establishment.

15 min wait, so we chose sitting at the bar this time, and they were the best seats in the house. Bri Robinson, the bartender, is highly focused on all aspects of her area; she is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and patient. The Benton Roadhouse is our favorite location for the last 3 years, and many other customers that we meet say the same thing. One couple who travels from Texarkana to Little Rock throughout the year will only eat at the Benton locale. Met Brian Brown, the manager, he was holding the place together and still had time to check on us, nice guy. Later, Tasha Roberson, filled us in on the new Dirty Sodas, so we tried one – they are definitely kid friendly. I am a USMC veteran and I appreciate the loyalty your restaurant has towards the military. It is much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Terrible service. I asked the Togo girl for more Caesar. Totally made it obvious she didn’t want to walk to get more. Pure laziness. Then she slammed the to go window on the next person. Found a bone in my pulled pork sandwich. Butter was thrown in bag and was emptied inside bag from being poorly handled. Food was thrown Together in box. Just terrible. Just bcuz it’s to go food, doesn’t mean you treat it like crap. Been awhile since I been here. Probably be another long while until I come back, if not at all.

Food was perfectly seasoned. Above and beyond expectations. My server was Madison! Young girl who treated 3 of us senior citizens like celebrities! She was courteous, patient, very friendly and very professional! I highly recommend this establishment and will definitely return very soon

I love Texas roadhouse but it’s sad to say that this has to be one of the worst locations!! Whoever the manager is definitely needs to work more on the to go Experience. The customer service is trash when you’re getting to go and it doesn’t matter if you are a hour before they close or 30 minutes your food will not be the same quality that it will be if you were sitting inside! I have went there on two different occasions both were an hour before they closed and I have received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced . I love Texas roadhouse but I will probably not be returning to this location They have no respect for the quality of their food!

The Service was slow the waiter took forever to bring the rolls out. The second batch of rolls was cold. The waiter brought us a dirty knife. We went and got the manager because we found a hair in the salad and the manager did not care about what we had to say or how we felt and did not offer to comp the meal when we got seated, there was no silverware on the table they ran out of baked potatoes and croutons and the service overall and the environment was very bad two out of 10 and when you have people getting up and leaving, obviously you have a problem Will not be back to this location do not recommend

On this visit I had the 12-ounce ribeye and shrimp combo meal and honestly I don’t have any complaints. The steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned well, the sides and rolls were good and the service was excellent. Keep up the good work!

Went to Texas roadhouse tonight 1/18/2026 this was probably absolutely the worst experience with Texas Roadhouse I’ve ever had. The service was slow. We had dirty silverware brought to our table. We had hair in our food when we brought it to the managers attention. She just acted like she did not even care or wanted to be there never offered to comp the meal. I’m really not sure why this particular location is still open with a terrible service that was received tonight. You would think that with people leaving like we did and with all the 1 star reviews that something would be done to correct the issues But apparently they’re doing just enough to get by. This will definitely be a one and done.

On this gorgeous Friday night, we arrived at 6pm and checked in by phone, being told there was a 35 minute wait. We used that time to run a couple of quick errands in the nearby shopping center. About 45 minutes later, we received a text message that our table was ready.
They were PACKED but our server was accurate, friendly, attentive, and helpful. The 4 of us were out within an hour, having appetizers and entrées. Our elementary aged kiddo got a cup of chili, which was a perfect size for her after the appetizers. Two kids and two adults, drinking water and with 1 appetizer ended up at $65 before tip.
