Man when I tell you I’ve never gone to Texas Roadhouse and thought I should leave a raving review… but tonight they are on point! Our server Dalton was very respectful and punctual. Let me back up they got us seated in five minutes. That in itself is a miracle. They asked us what kind of butter we wanted and asked if we wanted one or two baskets… that never happens. Then they brought out a blooming onion and if you have been to Texas Roadhouse they are hit or miss. But it was exactly how it should be like picture perfect not nasty greasy tasting. So if you’re looking for a great roadhouse experience come on down because they are killing it tonight!

Grady was an amazing host. He talked with us the whole time while seating us. He asked questions and was truly engaged and listening. Best host I have ever had. Casi was so observant when our waters were running low. She kept rolls coming. She was so nice. The best waitress we have had there!

Exceptional restaurant with an exceptional staff! We were greeted by our host Grady who was extremely engaging, efficient and did a great job. Our waitress Joycelyn was an exceptional waitress who anticipated our every need in advance and made the dining experience perfect. The food was great – and plenty of it!

This is one of the best restaurants in town. My friend and I ordered 2 appetizers: rattlesnake bite, they were delicious and boneless wings. They were flavorful. My entree was a full rack of ribs with a loaded potato and Mac n cheese. My friend ordered the chicken fried chicken with green beans and fries. We enjoyed our meal. Our service was good. Our server was attentive to our needs. The atmosphere was very pleasant and all the guest seem happy to be here.

Ordered four steaks…only one was cooked right…med well bone in ribeye -was well done and gray, two med rare sirloins- were med well…which is the cooks fault…if they can’t cook a steak they don’t need to be in the kitchen, the manager was nice enough to fix it..comped the ribeye that was hardly touched…and took some off the other two meals…the waiter was ok…not super friendly…but not rude more like he hated his job….we still have him a 10$ tip

My husband and I came to this place to eat and sat there for a ten minutes and nobody never came to service us. The room was not crowded and the 3 young people at the front really don’t understand customer service. We drove from Ft Polk to try a new restaurant, we’ll never come back.

We came tonight for my daughter’s birthday and boy, was that a mistake. The server was rude and you could tell she didn’t want to wait on us (I’m guessing because she saw a bunch of kids and figured we wouldn’t tip). Didn’t even acknowledge my daughter when I told her it was her 6th birthday. Charged us for adult drinks for our kids meal. We asked for another server and were ignored the first time. My kids and I all needed refills and asked three times and she ignored us. Then my fiances salad comes and there was a HAIR in it. Manager NEVER came over to our table. New salad NEVER came out. No discounts or apologies or anything were made by the manager. We finally got a new server and he was named jayden and was the only good part about the entire experience. Finally paid and was told that we would get a free appetizer coupon to make up for the whole experience (a hair and bad service and you only think 8$ coupon will fix that? What a joke) but we had to hunt down the manager to get that coupon to… I’m a server and know how hard it is to get on here and have never had a bad experience but tonight was enough where we won’t be coming back. Do better! A manager should be speaking to tables first hand, a customer shouldn’t be hunting down a manager to get help. This was my babies birthday dinner and yall ruined our special occasion! And to the server who waited on us, I hope you see this and I hope you find a new job because you are NOT meant to be a server. Of course we still tipped even though you didn’t deserve it. Worst server I’ve had in years.
Update: the manager contacted us today and was wonderful in trying to correct this. We will be giving them another shot soon.

Usually I don’t have any complaints about the food, but my mom and I both had steak salads… Some of the meat was chewy, some was burnt, had a few decent bites… We both said there was a weird aftertaste… Like someone pooped behind a bridge. Best thing were the rolls. Last time we went and had the same thing, the steak was chewier… Definitely can’t say Texas Roadhouse is most consistent anymore…

All Around Excellent. Delicious steaks, prompt service. They hire the best of the best and train to excellence and it shows. I’ve never been disappointed. Shout out to my most recent server, had I been a secret shopper she’d have Aced it! She was so sweet and took such good care of our table with a smile on her face.
