I went for a birthday party and we had QUITE the large party. There were 17 of us. The waitress was WONDERFUL. She didn’t get ANYTHING wrong and with such a big party, that’s impressive to me. The tables are a little close together so the walkways are a little snug but the food is so good I didn’t care about being cramped. I ordered the ribeye steak and it was cooked to perfection. Definitely stop by if you’re in the area.

I’m a frequent diner with Texas Roadhouse, I love the food and always have exceptional service; with the exception of Ana. Ana provided terrible customer service, very inattentive, and extremely rude. Over the course of my 45 minute meal I saw her maybe 4 times. Every time she did come to our table it seemed as if she hated her job, and made it my problem. We were never asked how our meal was, if we needed refills, or were even brought the check, I had to use the kiosk to complete my disappointing dining experience.

The staff had placed us on a table without a waiter. After a few minutes my buddy asked about our waiter and the manager returned to explain and offer compensation for the mistake. Afterwards the service was great and the food delicious. So they did a great job in my opinion of turning the situation around.

I would personally leave a zero stars but I can’t . Anyways I went out with the most incredible girl and bro when I tell you I wanted everything to be perfect….. I’m sure you can imagine my disappointment with the sheer atrocity that came about and ensued. Mi lady ordered her steak medium and what she received was just….an unacceptable rare steak it was unequivocally the most disturbing bloody thing I’ve seen. she deserved perfectness and what the fair maiden received was mediocre at best But ummm yeah…. Never disappoints! This location was a bit quicker than one in West Monroe. When we were seated rolls were taken to seat us and after we ordered we were surprised how quick our starters came out. Online check in for waitlist was a good option since they would’ve had an hour wait.
