I placed an online order at this location at 10:09 am, instruction where when I arrived to the establishment to pull through the drive-through, give them my name etc. No where on the website states If your order has been placed and payed for, that your order will not be complete if you arrive after 10:30am because there breakfast ends at 10:30am. I arrived to the establishment a little after 10:30am and went inside to place an additional order. After waiting a couple of minutes I was told by a manager that my order is being cancelled because breakfast had ended. This obviously upset me because I do not live near the area and commuted to this specific area because of the familiarity. The manager apologized and advised she would just provide me with a meal for the inconvenience. a while later manager JACKSON approached me to say that he was not going to provide me with this meal and that it would take a few days for me to be refunded. A few more words were exchanged he advised me that his Supervisor Nick would be out of town for a week and to call back when he was there. I had Jackson verbally say his name to me with my reply being thank you and his response as he is walking away is “you can tell them all about”. I then asked what he just said because i thought I may have misheard him, no he actually repeated it and said “you can tell them all about me” with such confidence. I have multiple issues with this entire situation but my biggest is this response. This is not how you defuse a situation this just upsets me more. As I stated to him and the other managers I will be contacting Mr. Nick for further discussion because I know this is not Chick fil As standards and this will be the reason I will not patronize this location again.

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Chick-fil-A and I have to give a special shout-out to Jennifer and the entire team for their outstanding service. From start to finish, everyone was welcoming, cheerful, and genuinely eager to make my breakfast experience enjoyable.

The atmosphere was bright and inviting, and the team’s energy truly made the meal feel like more than just breakfast—it was a delightful start to the day. Jennifer and the staff went above and beyond to assist me, and I sincerely appreciate their efforts in making sure I had a hearty, satisfying meal.

Sometimes I get fresh chicken, most cases I don’t. I only come here because it’s closest however today was my last time.

The service is good but the chicken is not up to chick-fil-a standers with consistency. Today I was given cold fries along with another not so fresh chicken sandwich.
It’s hard to go wrong with chick-fil-a but I think this location needs to work on the freshness of their food vs meeting numbers. This wasn’t the first time either granted why I’m now making a review. Really should’ve took it back but I was hungry and tired after a long day of work. I just won’t be back at this location anymore.

I mean… it’s Chick-fil-A. Their chicken sandwiches are good, their Cobb salads are good. Pretty much anything chicken related is delicious. The line is always long, but they really get you in and out. It’s like a well oiled machine.
