Our 20 minute wait for a table outside the Monroe location was excruciatingly hot and then when we got inside it wasn’t much better. I was hot the entire time I was there. On the bright side, our waitress was an absolute delight.Maddi was Friendly, helpful, patient, & knowledgeable about the menu.

Texas Roadhouse is usually one of my favorite places to eat, but I was disappointed with my lunch today. I ordered the grilled chicken breast with BBQ sauce. The order took longer than I expected to arrive and the chicken was dry. I was expecting a juicy, tender chicken breast not a dry piece of meat. Everything else was fine but I won’t order chicken again. The rolls were fantastic as usual as well as the service from the hostess and waiter.

We ate at the busiest time Saturday night- between 6-7pm. After utilizing call ahead seating, our experience was next to flawless. Our server was great, and we were able to get everything we ordered in a surprisingly short time considering how busy the restaurant was. The porterhouse was out of the world at 23oz. We also had the bacon cheeseburger as well chicken critters. Our apps were the snake bites and cactus blossom which were also great. Our server was courteous and understanding and the owner stopped by for a quick chat to see how the meal went. We were very impressed due to the volume of people being served and the accommodations provided were outstanding. A well-earned 5/5 stars!

On tonight ( Saturday) 08/19/23 my wife and I were invited to a birthday dinner which was a party of 13 . 10 adults and 3 children. We had made reservations for 7. We were finally seated around 735. We did not get our food to the table until 845. We would have made good with it but the air conditioning was not working properly and it was at least 90 degrees in the restaurant. Customers were all over the restaurant miserable and using the table menus as fans. We asked our waitress about the hot conditions. She said all the customers were complaining and she and other waiters/waitresses talked with the manager. The manager told them that they could do nothing about it! This was the most miserable disgusting dinner setting my family and friends have ever tolerated. I can promise you’ll that we will never again step foot on that property again. Most of actually did not even eat our food we ordered because it was so hot and late. We actually asked our waitress for take out boxes. I actually felt sorry for the workers . Lord knows how hot it was in the kitchen.

I have been to this location multiple times and never had a bad experience. I think my family and I have tried most of the menu items without a complaint. The speed of service is going to depend on how busy it is at the time. But they will give you great service every time.

We had a 2 hour wait then waited an hour for our food. We called ahead to reserve a table because we were a party of 8 and you can’t use the app. When we got there we came inside to verify we were here they said they would text us when the table was ready we informed them that we didn’t get a text and they told us the table wasn’t ready so we went back out and initially they told us a 1 hour wait. But after an hour and a half I went in to check on the table. She said they texted us twice within 30 minutes but we didn’t get the text. They checked the number and it was the wrong number. They canceled our reservation but then said they would get us seated next. 45 minutes later we were seated. After a party of 40!!!! It took an hour to get our food and honestly the food was good and our server was super nice and constantly checked our drinks. If they would have taken note of the fact we mention that we didn’t get the initial text maybe our wait and experience wouldn’t have been so bad.

I ate there August 5,2023, in the evening. After being seated our order was taken. It was just me and my daughter but it took 45 minutes to get our food, and it was served room temp/almost cold. My food looked like it had been thrown across the plate with gravy dripping off one side, the order was missing a side, and my daughter’s steak was cooked so tough that it was chewy. We had ordered it medium well. I was assured it was being cooked again, and 30 seconds later another steak was brought out the same way. There was no way anyone actually tried to recook anything that fast. I paid 50 dollars for that awful experience. My daughter and I were so exhausted from a stressful day and had been looking forward to one of our favorite places. I will never visit this location again. Our waiter, Cory, was great. Despite this dissapointing experience I want to make sure he is recognized as a wonderful server and that none of these issues were his fault.

Excellent customer service. This was my first time going to this location. I was not disappointed. Steaks cooked to perfection with great taste. Porterhouse and Ribeye were tender and juicy. Thank you for a great dining experience.
