I had an amazing experience at Texas Roadhouse. The service was impeccable and our waiter Curtis was fantastic, keeping the rolls coming nonstop without us even asking. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. We were in and out in just 35 minutes and everything was seamless. Hands down the best Texas Roadhouse I have ever been to.

My husband and I had lunch at Texas Roadhouse today and it was a wonderful experience. We came right in the middle of the lunch rush on a Saturday. Wait times were short. Walking in, two lovely hostesses opened the doors for us. We were then greeted by smiling faces at the host stand. The place was packed! Our server, Briana, was excellent. She was friendly and took care of all our needs. I can confidently say she didn’t miss one single step of service! We come here on occasion with bigger groups and by ourselves. It’s always a great time, but I would say this was the best experience we’ve ever had. Every item on the table was cooked to perfection and the 8 oz sirloin just melted in our mouths. Every single employee I encountered exceeded my expectations. The next time we go out to eat, we’ll choose Texas over other dine in options. The experience is worth every penny. Kudos!

I recently dined at Texas Roadhouse and had a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the warm, welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the food. The steaks were cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, just as I had hoped. The sides were equally impressive – the buttery rolls. Despite being busy, our server was attentive and efficient, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the meal.

Overall it was good. The rolls are fantastic and the waitresses kept our drinks refilled. I’m not a steak person and I had chicken. So it was okay. Not really a quiet place for conversation but definitely birthday friendly.

Our server, Justin, was outstanding. Very attentive and personable. My steak wasn’t cooked quite right and Justin took care of it for me. It was taken to the kitchen and after a wait, I was brought a fresh filet. But had to bring it home, as we were through eating. And my meal was removed from our ticket. Thank you, Justin, for the excellent customer serve and care. And thank you Texas Roadhouse.

Only giving this restaurant a 4 star review because of their practices during the pandemic. St Joe doesn’t have a city mandate (I don’t believe) so guests were not wearing masks or socially distancing throughout restaurant. While it was recommended to checkin online and then come in, there were still quite a few people congregated at the front waiting. Staff were all wearing masks. We were originally sat in the same booth as another family. We kindly asked to move tables and the staff was happy to help! So don’t be afraid to speak up if you’re uncomfortable.
Regarding the restaurant – our waitress was amazing! Her name was Mackenzie. She consistently checked in on us and made sure we had drinks filled and hot rolls. She was very attentive. The food was delicious as always – we never have any complaints there!
