Ordered ToGo. App wasn’t working so I called, waited for maybe close to six minutes before I arrived and then I placed my order specifically said no cheese on my burger, ordered chicken tenders or critters, was told it would be big, was not. small amount of fries then when my burger came it had cheese on it so they made me a new one and I did order my original burger well done. this was very cooked on the outside but very raw on the inside. I don’t know that I’ll be back. I do love Texas roadhouse just maybe this wasn’t the best for me.. manage gets 5 stars because this is not their fault and they were kind, pleasant, and did try to correct the situation quickly.

We had a very good dinner here. I had the grilled shrimp and rice with a salad and green beans. The shrimp was very tasty and the rice went well with it. The green beans were very good, nicely seasoned. The best part are the dinner rolls they serve here. They are the best!!

Came through the drive thru to pick up dinner. The order was correct with three meals and all the sides. Very delicious and very good customer service! I also appreciate whatever gem of a human packed up our cinnamon butter because my heart was so happy seeing the amount of it, they made my night.

Our steaks we over cooked. Ordered medium rare got medium/medium well. Seemed like they were more concerned about the birthdays going on than preparing the steaks correctly or getting or order in correctly. I ordered an appetizer that never got delivered because it was forgotten, even though I watched the server write it down. Was the most disappointing visit I’ve ever had. It was such a shame.

We did pick up at window.
The order was done before the time that was designated. Everything was in the bags. That includes all the condiments that we needed to make our meal complete. The food itself was piping hot and very good. Three of us had side salads and they were also very good with plenty of salad dressing to go along with it. I would recommend their pickup anytime.
Sitting inside their food is good as well, but it is so noisy in there it is hard to have a conversation. So pick up maybe the way we go from here forward. Also want to give kudos to the little gal that handed us our food out the window. She was more than kind, quick and courteous.

Service was great. We had a free kids meal and still spent $70 without a tip. Cost of fountain drinks is $5. The price to eat out seems to drive us away with inflation of prices. I would rather choose family owned mom & pop restaurant instead of chain restaurants.

Our server only came to our table once. The manager dropped off the food we ordered 2 medium well steaks and they were all way well done. The fries had so much salt and seasoning we couldn’t eat them. We had asked our server for something and never received it.

The worst location I have ever been to. I did order prime rib medium rare and they brought me well done dry as a desert. I asked for another one cooked properly I was told by manager they all the same from the same log. Never coming back again here. They know how to ruin Valentines Day.
