We ate here tonight. Took about an hour to get a table. We had Austin as a server, and get was attentive, friendly, and helpful. Our food was so good. Had a ribeye and bacon cheeseburger. We will definitely return.

Me and 15 of my family members visited the location on Bass Pro Rd. in St. Charles, MO. OMG, what an experience of great customer service execution. We called ahead to get on the list. There is no reservation options so on the list means, they know you are coming. Once you arrive they streamline to fit you in accordingly. Brandon was the coach/manager running the play. We spoke on the phone earlier that day for our 6pm arrival. He was ready and present at the front desk when I walked up. We were sat within 10 minutes of arriving. We ended up needing extra seating. The way Brandon managed that situation in the mist of a very packed and busy space was top notch. It let us know why he’s the manager. He was pleasant with a smile the entire time. Sidebar, he is also handsome. His attitude shined bright. We have eaten at Texas Roadhouse in other states before but coming from Ohio to Misouri to surprise my cousin went off without a hitch. Thanks Brandon and a big shout out to our server Lexy. She kept those rolls coming, made sure our orders were on time, kept checking on us. She didnt skip a beat on service. You guys get the above and beyond award. Will definitely be back the next time we are in town. I didnt want to talk about the food since we already know its great but it was the first time I tried their in house mild hot sauce. Goes great with the fried catfish. I gave a 4 on the food because the 3 pieces of catfish equated to 1 whole piece of catfish filet. It was so good though…nice crispy crust.

This specific unit was way crowded and quite dirty, as it seemed they had no time to clean it up before new customers arrive. The steaks were served to perfection: tender, flavory and in the right size. Certainly it’s a must to have dinner other there.

This was our first time visiting, and everything was wonderful!
There were so many menu options that it was hard to choose, but the staff explained everything so kindly that it made us even more excited.
It was also my daughter’s birthday, so I asked if there was anything special they could do. She got to ride the saddle and received a birthday celebration, which made the experience truly memorable. It was such a unique and amazing experience. Thank you so much!
The food was delicious, and the service was very friendly. We will definitely be coming back again!

This location is fantastic. Traveling through and decided to stop. It was still busy at 1pm. We were seated quickly. 12 oz Ft Worth Ribeye was grilled perfectly. Baked potato green beans and side salad all delicious and fresh. Rolls with butter melt in your mouth. Service was attentive. Restaurant clean. Our meals weee delicious!

I’ve been to several Texas Roadhouse locations over the years, but the St. Charles spot stands out as one of the better-run restaurants in the chain. From the moment you walk in, the staff sets the tone—friendly, energetic, and genuinely welcoming without feeling scripted. Even on a busy weekend evening, they kept things moving efficiently and we were seated quicker than expected.
The food was exactly what you hope for at a Texas Roadhouse: fresh, hot, and full of flavor. My ribeye was cooked perfectly—great sear on the outside, tender inside, and seasoned just right. The rolls were warm and soft as always, and I’d argue this location keeps them coming faster than most. Our sides were also spot-on; the loaded baked potato was generous and the green beans had that perfect Southern-style seasoning.
Service was another strong point. Our server checked in regularly without hovering, refilled drinks quickly, and made sure everything came out the way we ordered. For a place that is usually hopping, that level of attention isn’t always easy to pull off.
My only minor knock—and the reason it’s a 4.6 rather than a perfect 5—is the noise level. It’s part of the atmosphere, but it can make conversation a little tough during peak hours.
Overall, this is a reliably great Texas Roadhouse and one I’d happily return to anytime I’m in the St. Charles area.

While visiting the area, we decided to try something different for dinner.
Our wait time to be seated was around 20 minutes as it appears to be a popular dinner location.
The service was OK except where the order was wrong twice & the entrees came out too early being we just served our salad.
The food was hot & tasty & the portion size was good.

Second time coming to this location and both visits were fantastic! Despite being super busy, we were sat in under ten minutes. Our server was Ashley. She was super personable and kind and a great server! Food came out delicious (I can’t wait for my leftovers haha) and the bread was piping hot and fluffy just how I like it! If the bread is good at the beginning then I know it will a great experience. Love it!

Visit on 02/09/26; Please let me say first, The waitresses were very nice and friendly. The hostess(2) needs a lesson in customer service but they were following the lead of their manager.
We had got on the wait list for 13 people.
We had to wait for everyone to arrive which is understandable. Everyone was there except for two people who were on the way. We informed the hosts when they were parking and were told that they had to walk through the door. Parking lot was full therefore it was hard to find a parking spot. When they walked in the door and we informed the hosts, we still had to wait. There were several handicapped people with canes. Sitting for people waiting was very limited. After we had finished eating, One of the handicapped individual had an to go order to pick up and when she went to the hostess up front even it was obvious to see that she was disabled/handicapped she was told that she had to go outside and ring the doorbell. The order was behind the hostess. The individuals that took the orders (the waitress or servers) were very nice and friendly. The hostess, the ones who you see when you first arrive needs to be trained on customer service.
