I would not recommend the Snake Bites, they were way too mushy for something that’s supposed to be deep fried. The cheese was very gooey and difficult to eat, there are no words to describe it, as a cheese lover. The service was not very good, my drink sat empty for a while. I was sat in the small 2 seater booth, which was uncomfortable, people were constantly walking by, some who smelt horrible, it ruined my appetite. I ordered a burger well done, and it was brought very medium rare, why ask the customer how they want it done when you aren’t able to achieve that on the first round. Although they replaced my burger for an actual well done one, it was delicious, cheese was melted perfectly and it was incredibly.

Our first time here because we had to see what all the hype was all about. (Their parking lot is packed nightly!) We both ordered the 12oz ribeye with loaded baked potatoes & a salad. Everything was cooked to perfection, including our combo sampler of potato skins, rattlesnake bites, & Buffalo chicken, as well as the table bread ❤️❤️❤️ They are very generous with the bread, butter, & BACON! Anita was our hostess & Paige was our waitress. Both ladies were very kind. We will definitely be back for more meals!!!

We were traveling through, and even though we were in a comfy back corner, our waiter, Curtis, was amazingly attentive. He kept our drinks filled at all times, dinner arrived quickly and was perfect. Curtis came back to check on us often. The manager checked to make sure all was well. We had sirloin steaks that were tender & cooked just like we asked. I had a big chicken salad that was way more than I could finish. It was an excellent experience!

My daughter and I arrived today at 5:49 (this was the time on the text confirming waiting). We sat outside to wait until we receive our second text letting us know we were ready to be seated…WHICH NEVER CAME! At 6:30 I went inside to wait because I’m seeing people who arrived after we did receiving messages for seating. At 6:35 I went to ask how many were in front of us. The girl that was working the front told me that we were due to be seated at 6:45 or sooner. I told her that I’m seeing people that had arrived after us be seated! She said that they went online to get on the waiting list…NOT TRUE. I witnessed to different groups walk in around 6:35 and be told ir will be 45 minutes to a hour wait, just Tobe seated before us. After the second time of me addressing this issue, the worker told me that I’ll be the next to be seated. So after a couple of minutes a male waiter called a name…2x’s (not mine) but the girl that was working the front for seating pointed at me saying “that’s you”. I corrected the guy waiter several times on the correct way of saying my name. My name is Tomica (Tameka) now how they got Samaka out of that…I’M NOT SURE. I fell after I made a issue of being overlooked they just made it something!

GAVIN, our server was not good at the end! He started out cool but ended poorly! He never came back to our table after the food came out to check on us. He never asked if we wanted anything else! He gave us our checks money side up instead of facing it down the proper way! He didn’t see if we wanted to order anything else! We had to ask someone for a glass of hot water because the silverware was dirty after they told us it was being washed! They young lady who brought us the hot water received a tip…. but definitely not GAVIN!!!! IF WE WOULD HAVE BEEN TREATED BETTER HE WOULD HAVE RECEIVED ONE! Don’t judge us by the color of our skin and think we are not tippers! He made sure everyone around us was taken care of, but not us!!! Overall, the food was amazing! BIG UPS TO THE COOKS!!!! Train your servers to not racial profile!!!!!! SHAME!!!!!

Good service with Claudia for our group of three despite an unusually packed Tuesday night. She anticipated when we were getting and brought us refill sodas and waters. Ordered a 6 oz steak medium rare, it was delicious but it wasn’t really cooked medium rare. Huge potatoes. Chicken tenders my friend ordered were good and the rolls are awesome as always. They handled the issues that arose fairly well, when the system didn’t take off the coupon properly on the bill and even when the sweet potatoes were too big and not cooking right. My friends used kid voucher coupons and they were able to put the order in later in our meal and package it up to have it fairly hot by the time we got home to the kids. Love that they support military families too! Fun point where the staff line danced for the restaurant and even a balloon animal guy walking around making creations for customers. Great family environment. I appreciated that masks aren’t required for vaccinated and there’s still some spacing of tables.

We did a carryout order for my kids’ birthdays. The order was ready when promised, girl at the take out window made sure we had everything we needed from condiments to utensils. We live 20 minutes away and our food was still hot when we got home with it and steaks were all cooked to correct Temps. It made for a great birthday dinner!
