First and foremost, it was a pleasure meeting the manager, Enrique and our server Jake not from StateFarm but just as memorable! It was quite busy but we didn’t feel forgotten at all. The dinner rolls were so good, fresh and hot, we had to hold back so we could fully enjoy our blossoms and steak combo dinners. My only call outs and room for improvement are 1). The mac’n cheese doesn’t appear to be baked but stove top style. It could definitely use maybe pepper jack, Colby jack, or something to give it more flavor. It is somewhat creamy, however. 2) Overall, the ribs were pull off the bone tender but were too charred in areas and may have been sitting too long. They came to the table lukewarm. We enjoyed our experience and will return. We arrived between 730 and 8 PM and was seated within 45 minutes. I would suggest getting there a little bit earlier to get the bone in ribeye which they were out of by the end of the day.

OMG, I came here for the first time a few weeks ago with some friends. The food was delicious, our server was amazing and the atmosphere was chilled. After the visit all I could think about was those rolls. So, I came back yesterday and was not disappointed. The food was great, the server was great and the atmosphere was chilled. Those hot rolls with the cinnamon butter were amazing. This time I had an alcoholic beverage and it was just right not too strong, not too weak.

I had a last minute pick up order and Megan and Angie were the sweetest people I’ve ever encountered upon entering. After taking my name they provided me with my order and without even asking they listed off the extra contents of my bag to ensure I had everything. Truly appreciated the extra mile ladies ❤️

Solo for the night, got in easily, it was very packed. Very noisy but I guess the groups were all large and having a great time. Kaylee was very patient and knew her menu pretty well. Enjoyed what she suggested

I had a frustrating experience here tonight. I went in to request a table for 7 (5 adults and 2 kids). This was at 4:45pm. There were many open tables in the restaurant. My husband was about 20 minutes behind me with the children, and I explained that I planned to order his food so it would be ready when they arrived.
The hostess told me that everyone must be present to be seated and refused to seat us until at least 5 people were physically there, even after I explained the situation and assured her we would all be there, eat, and leave within an hour. They repeated that it was their policy and did not offer any alternative solutions but to wait the 20 min until everyone arrived. My children were down the street in a gymnastics class and were hungry. So I wanted to order the food ahead of time.
The hostesses were also not very friendly during the interaction. When we expressed frustration, they were laughing and smiling at each other, which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
I understand restaurants have policies, but this felt very rigid and not very accommodating, especially with young kids involved. (And when the restaurant was not even busy) We were not asking for anything unreasonable — just to be seated and order our food!
Very disappointing customer service experience.
We left and went elsewhere for dinner and were seated immediately and I was able to order my kids food without a problem. We will not be back or recommend this place to anyone.
When we were leaving. The hostesses laughed and in a sarcastic tone told us to have a great day. I didn’t catch their names, but there were three girls up there.

Hadn’t been to Texas RH in a while and it was great. Super busy for a Tuesday. Food was great. Service not too bad. Our waiter did have a huge table so I get it, busy. Food was really good. Load up on the warm buns… however the butter missed the point… I tasted like just plain butter. Other than I’d return. See pics of the meals the fam enjoyed….

I would like to thank Jaz for her AMAZING customer service!! The dinner rolls with the cinnamon butter was amazeballs! OMG! I ordered a dozen to go. Lol. I also really enjoyed the Catus Blossom and the loaded mashed potatoes. The bbq sauce on the ribs was ok and the Herb Crusted Chicken was a bit dry. Definitely coming back for those dinner rolls!

The steak was a little bit burnt and lacked flavor.They need to make sure that they clean the grille properly so that it isn’t charred. And the complimentary bread was undercooked.It used to be years ago where it was cooked thoroughly, and now for some reason, it seems like it’s doughish.
