Great food. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. I had the New Yorker, while my wife had the Porterhouse. We did not care for the Rattlesnake bites, but everything else was delicious. The warm bread and butter was sooooo good while we waited for our order.
Excellent service from the host to the waitress, to the manager coming by to check on how we liked everything. Our waitress was great! Even though it was so busy she still made time to come check if we needed anything else or if everything was good.
I will definitely be back to try more food items.

Food and atmosphere was great. Wish I remembered the waitresses name because she was phenomenal. I haven’t been here enough to know if great service is always the case, but if so their training process needs to be studied. Server was quick, checked back appropriately, asked all the right questions, and knew the menu inside out.

My recent experience at texas roadhouse was horrible from the word go. First we were told a 35 minute wait so we sat at the bar waited over 45minutes. I then went up to the customer representitive at the front who made out reservation and I asked how much longer he then said another 15 minutes, which after the 15 minutes more my phone finally alerted me to my table is ready then at this point he made us stand in the corner for another 10 minutes. This is completly unacceptable , I saw multiple people come from outside and were seated immediatly with no standinging in the corner. I again walked up to the customer representitive and said now you have us standing in the corner and it has been over an hour you need to fix this. We finally were seated we then placed out order then the waitress comes back and tells me there is no more prime rib which I watched 3 people order and eat at the bar while i was waiting over an hour. This was the whole reason why i came to texas roadhouse I wanted a prime rib. I then ordered a thick cut steak instead and not happy about it which I ordered medium and it shows up not even cooked hardly at all even pruple in middle so I sent it back and as I am waiting I attempt to eat my potato and my fiance did the same only to discover they brought us no butter to the table. Now I have to flag down a waitress which was not ours and I wait almost 10 minutes for that and its a tiny cup of butter which was ridiculous for 2 people now none of this is the waitress fault so I paid my bill and tipped her a little over 20% now I asked her to get the manager which she did and after I expained this all to him I felt that he did not care at all and had an oh well attitude. I have been going to texas roadhouse for many years I have lived in the area for 28 years and I am not the type of person to type reveiws on my own time but this situation was so wrong. I feel this reveiw is neccesary. I truly hope you do something to correct these matters very very disappointing to say the least.

I visited with my family of 7 yesterday. We had a couple of issues. First, we never received the rattlesnake bites we ordered as an appetizer. Second, 4 of the 7 ordered some sort of steak, all ordered it medium rare. 1 of the 4 steaks was cooked properly, the other 3 were cooked medium well-well (zero pink).
When our server came around I told her the food was good but most of the steaks were very overcooked. She apologized and walked away. A few minutes later, a manager came and said “you asked to speak to a manager?”
I told her no we did not but I did share with the server that our steaks were very overcooked. I showed her the 3 over done steaks. She then asked why I didn’t bring it up sooner when the server checked in the first time. I explained that the server came about a minute after getting our food and we hadn’t cut the steaks open yet. When I noticed it, I asked another server if she could grab ours, but our server didn’t come, so we started to eat the food as is. Our server stopped by when we were about 1/2 done with our meal.
The manager then looked at me and walked away and never came back. She never apologized or asked if anyone wanted them to remake their steak. I found that to be incredibly rude and unprofessional.
Why in the world would a manager come to a table without offering to make it right? Mind you, we didn’t ask for her, but if she decided to come to ask about the problem…then be willing to fix the problem. We spent over $250 for this meal. I am very disappointed in my overall experience here last night.

I came in an hour before closing, I’ve worked the food industry so I know the feeling when people come in “last minute” but staff shouldn’t project their feelings onto incoming customers. Although my experience was acceptable there are things I’d like to highlight. 1) I wasn’t originally given utensils or plates like a civilized being. 2) I asked other staff for help and they obviously ignored me. 3)Founder hair in my plate
Overall, Matt my server turned my night and dining experience around. Please give him kudos or ask for him to be your server. Respect.

Great steakhouse. As usual, the food is delicious and of good quality. There is plenty of parking and the waiters are very friendly. Very good selection of food and drinks. The steaks are particularly recommended. I was also impressed by the salads. So there is something for everyone.

First time eating at a Texas road house.
The bread rolls were great.
Both my son and I had strawberry Lemonades. They were okay.
I had steak / medium / with shrimp with sides of mash potatoes and Mac n cheese. I was so dissatisfied with my steak. It was semi cold and hard. Little flavor. The shrimp were better and had more flavor. Mash potatoes were good.
Another disappointment was their man n cheese. Little flavor. It was semi cold not cheesy at all. The Mac n cheese from a box taste better then this. The dish also had garlic bread which was the same bread roll but tasted like garlic.
My son had the medium steak with ribs and a double side of steak fries with cheese on top. He had the same opinion about his steak. Not good hard cold and no flavor. The fries were good.
Overall I was very disappointed with the food. Our waitress was excellent and very attentive.
Paid $75 .

We are seniors and we go here for date night. We have 2 disabled family members at home so we always bring home dinner for them when we go. Our bill is between $150-$200 each time so with that in mind we expect great food. The last time we were here it was simply awful. We ordered 4 porterhouse dinners figuring we would really get our money’s worth..Terrible idea. The steaks were full grizzle to the point that I actually broke a sweat trying to cut through them. The very crabby manager informed me that he had 5 other diners loving the steaks. Well maybe they got better cuts of meat. I was told as we were leaving that the porterhouse arrives frozen so they never know how good or bad it will be. Our server was fantastic. She suggested we get the sirloin instead and she was right. Those were perfect. Her name was Nicole & Tia also helped us. These ladies were very nice, friendly and professional . The music was a little to loud but I guess that’s how they do things now. I called ahead for a table because I am semi-disabled and need a chair with padding.

Server not very excited to be there or asked if we were celebrating anything. We were happily celebrating 15 years of marriage. The food came out pretty quickly and hot. Very yummy. Was happy to go and spend the time and money and Texas roadhouse but leaving i was upset. Just an acknowledgement would’ve been cool without prompting her.
