I havent had McDonald’s in a while. I am now gluten free so I dont eat alot of fast food. Every once in a while I will have gluten because why not. I definitely was not disappointed. I got the steak egg and cheese bagel. I get no egg extra onions. The steak was fresh and the onions were cooked well. The bagel was fresh and soft, also cheese melted. It definitely was worth the discomfort. I have came to this location in the past and was not so good and I have not had one since I have been gluten free but this time was amazing.

Came here close to 8pm to grab something quick after work and I was very impressed. Service was quick and friendly throughout the transaction, fries came out hot, mcflurry had plenty of oreo mixed in, and the double cheeseburger some reason seemed like the best mcdonald’s cheeseburger I had! It was warm, so the cheese was melty. I’ve had some iffy experiences at other Wichita locations, maybe I’ll stick with this one from now on.

I usually don’t write reviews about McDonald’s alone, but to order something prior to breakfast closing in the mobile app and still being able to process the order I shouldn’t arrive to the restaurant to receive an attitude from every worker I’ve encountered, from the manager whoever Maria is, and also the two drive thru workers. If you can still order breakfast until 10:30 on the mobile app you should still receive your order correct? I wouldn’t wanna make anyone feel any kind of way just because they’re order food they want in the time they need……. Very rude experience today.

The lady taking my order in the drive through was extremely rude. She told me they were only doing mobile orders and doordash orders. I tried placing a mobile order but the app was saying the drive thru was closed. I tried explaining this to her 3 different times. She wasn’t getting it or something because she just kept telling me to go through the app. So I raised my voice a little so maybe she’d here and understand me better and she responded that she wasnt going to be yelled at and refused my service. I understand if I’m in the wrong but what else am I supposed to do after repeating myself multiple times that it wasnt working and getting the same response. I will definitely never be returning to this mcdonalds. Theres way too many in Wichita to give this cruddy one my business

I do not normally give my opinion… i always just let things slide… but every time I go to McDonald’s order is always wrong… line is too long… i just end up eating whatever. I dont have the time to wait for something that should have been correct.
Look even when i am working i am not perfect okay. Even i mess up..I work this industry..but this location has been messing up for years (but not alone)9. I mean they are across from a hospital.. product should be fresh. Both drive lines open… food was not fresh enough… i work this industry so i know… just know, i know. I wont serve nothing i will not eat… anyways i give a standing ovation to the young lady who answered the phone and remembered our order. I want to say thank you. You and your manager did just right. They offered to take the food back. But as anyone knows we are not allowed to retake food back through drive thru… fast food. Okay. Before actual restaurant severs say something… anyways. Heres the thing, this is probably the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, the afternoon and evening crew are usually always all friendly and nice. Orders are always out quick and there’s a good system there HOWEVER…. I usually wake up and go around 5:30 am for breakfast before work and such and the morning guy is just terrible. There’s always things missing from my order and infact today was the breaking point because he didn’t want to make the smoothie I ordered so asked if I wanted something else, and I, trying to be polite got a small black coffee instead to which he still looked me in the eye and CHARGED me for the smoothie, did not give me the receipt until I asked at the end after he had closed the window and walked away. Now a few dollars isn’t a huge deal but it’s the principal of the thing. He always practically throws the food at me and acts like there’s better to do when there’s no one behind me or in the store. Overall 4 stars because this store normally kills it, but this one morning guy is just lazy and rude … and also overcharged me. If I was any less of an easy going person that might have been a problem.

I live close to here so this is the location I usually go to, consistently there’s always something wrong with my order. I usually get a burger with no cheese no onions no big deal, why am I receiving a box that has the receipt that says “no cheese, no onions” and yet I open it, and there’s cheese and onions on it. Consistently this happens, I get you guys work at McDonald’s so I shouldn’t expect much but ! I do expect my order to at least be right.

I had asked for 2 things of breakfast sauce and the employee was very rude and said that it would be an extra cost which is fine but as I proceed to pay I was never given a receipt for proof and as I went to the pick up window I had to remind the person that I had gotten 2 sauces and she only handed me one and said that I had ordered only one when I paid for 2. Staff needs to be trained on customer service
